Copying & Pasting Posts (Twitter Archive)

I'm hoping there is a way to resolve this issue.

Right now, if you if try to copy a post and paste it into a new thread post... (eg. From the Twitter Discussion thread to the Archive thread).

1. It won't keep any of the text formatting (eg. Bold/Italics/etc.).
2. It won't copy images or video.
3. It won't copy anything behind spoiler tags.

The only way to do this right now, is to Edit the post (if you made it), view it in BBCode, copy and paste that into your new thread, then "back" out to the thread to find the next post to copy. And since the site is somewhat slow, it becomes a fair bit of work.

Worse, if it's a post you didn't create, then you have to copy/paste the text, then copy/paste the image links one-by-one, then the video links, then format the text, and then manually recreate the spoiler tags, if any.

When it's slow, it's not that big a deal, but when it's busy - as when the PS4 video dropped, it's simply too much work to keep up.


Ideally, I want to be able to select and copy posts as is and paste into a new thread post - done. That's the only way I'll be able to feasibly keep them up to date over the long run.
