There's a Proboards Plugin that allows users to block users within the shoutbox

www.proboards.com/library/plugins/item/1347

This would be a nice feature to add. It seems to just add a couple of buttons on the Profile > Edit Profile > Privacy page, just below the blocked members list like so:

It doesn't seems to simply remove the content of their post, but you will still see their name in the shoutbox.
