I'm a full time worker and finished in less than two weeks. I did not do a completionist PT, but neither did I skip anything that interested me. I think I played 65 hours. Main quest line is shorter.
But I fucking loved Nil and those Bandit camps.

Two husbands...? I am the fulcrum of a polyamorous V/Triad with two men. We've all lived together 3.5 years. And I feel no urge to hide that on a Bioware forum. |

With decent skill it can be done in 8-10 hours if you are just going through the main story. Completionist takes maybe 24 assuming max efficiency (i.e. you've played the game before and know where to find the collectibles/ which quests are near each other). I think my first play-through was around 40hrs?
Takes slightly longer the higher the difficulty in the base game. The DLC introduced Ultra Hard, which without a new game+ generally takes much longer because all the high tier equipment is both far more expensive and statistically nerfed to be far less effective (but you need it if you don't want to take 10+ minutes and and hundreds of arrows to kill boss level machines).
