(Well, I hope the wait wasn't too bad! And I hope you guys can bear with me a little bit on the narrative, the romantic side of myself sort of got carried away here. )
--------------------------------------------
The Third Day
As Captain Bailey's body was carried off from the latest crime scene, one krogan felt as if his entire world was pulled from under him. Why him? Charr couldn't help but think to himself. Charr hung his head in heartbreak as he remembered the first time he laid eyes on the love of his life. Charr first met Captain Bailey just a month ago when he was filing a C-Sec report on another matter. Charr couldn't even remember what the report was even about as he saw his light for the first time. As he saw those piercing blue eyes, he knew then and there that the melancholic human was the one he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. His feelings weren't unrequited either. Of course, the Captain with the sad and mysterious past was very hesitant in diving headfirst in another relationship. However, Bailey eventually could not hold back any longer. And how could he? Succumbing to the krogan's sweet nothings and charm was inevitable. Now, thinking back on all the precious memories they both shared over this month has made Charr's heart sink in despair. Why would anyone want to kill a beautiful and soulful man like Armando-Owen? Of course, Charr knew Bailey's line of work was dangerous, as much as he tried to downplay it. He just wanted to believe that it would never come to this; he wanted to believe that every night Bailey would always come back to him. But as he saw his love's lifeless body being carried away as he arrived to the station, he knew that his optimism had blinded him once again. The next couple of hours felt like a mindless blur to the krogan. He was questioned relentlessly by C-Sec officers over his relationship with the deceased Captain. And as the minutes ticked by, he felt as if he was a stranger looking in to the whole experience. He could feel nothing but numbness as the detectives pulled out his love letters and call records, indicating that he could have killed his one and only. Painting him as a jaded and possessive lover. And as he witnessed himself getting further interrogated by C-Sec detectives over his whirlwind romance with his second heart, his first heart sank even further. And Charr was aware of the situation the department was in regarding the murders. The way the media has exploded about the case, Charr knew the department must have felt the pressure in making an arrest. So he knew he was going to be the sacrificial lamb for the masses.
"It's always the other half who did it right?" Charr finally said to the detective in the interrogation room. Charr's eyes were still cast down to the floor.
"Well," the detective began,
"You honestly think it was me? What about the other murders? You don't think Owen's isn't connected to those? Or do you think I must have killed the others too?"
"Listen, Charr," the detective said, placing a hand on Charr's shoulder, "Based on the fact that you were one of the last folks who contacted Bailey before he passed, we're going to have to hold you for a little while longer,"
"Bu-"
"And should there be another body that pops up during the next night, we'll let you go. But we can't ignore the fact that ever since you showed up in the Citadel, bodies have been popping up more than usual around here. I'm sorry bud, but we can't take any chances,"
Charr tried to interject, but he stopped himself. He knew it would be no use. And as the detectives slapped the handcuffs on his wrists, he couldn't help but shed a tear. And as they preceded to escort Charr to jail, the heartbroken krogan couldn't help but take a glance at his lover's vacant office once more. All those nights where he would send Bailey his favorite treats while he worked overnight. All those days where he would send him his encouragement and love, are now nothing more than the past. Another tear cast down his face. If Bailey was in another place from here, Charr hoped it was better than this.

Fourth Night
Beep, beep, beep. Those were the noises Mouse has heard by heart throughout his stay at the Med Clinic. His heart monitor beeping a steady rate, and his own shaky breathing. Ever since the incident, the doctors refused to discharge him until his wounds were fully healed. That is what they've been telling him, at least. A part of him knew, however, that the doctors were afraid of letting him go until all of his attackers were dead or behind bars.
"Perhaps we could hire someone to protect him instead?" Mouse overheard one of the nurses speaking to another throughout the early hours of the night, "I heard about a volus whose offering protective services around the these parts.."
"Oh, that dude? For all we know he could be one of his attackers," the other nurse shook his head, "No, it's better if he stays here for awhile, until all of this blows over,"
Mouse sighed and turned over into his bed. He could not help but feel that he didn't deserve all of this, and he couldn't help but feel a heavy dose of guilt regarding his former doctor's death and the others. If I would have just stayed in my apartment, this would have never happened. Mouse couldn't help but chastise himself. He knew there was no use in overly brooding though. Especially if he could be doing something that can potentially catch his attacker. He didn't particular care about how potentially dangerous he could possibly put himself in, as long as he finally stops whoever has been terrorizing him and other innocents. In order to get to the bottom of this case though,Mouse needed to sneak away from the Clinic temporarily. And as the nurses finally left to tend to the other patients, Mouse finally made his move.
He could still remember the manic laughter from the strange human who attacked him nights ago. Much to his frustration, he still could not make out the other figure with Verner. As Mouse slowly configured his heart monitor to a nearby patient, he still couldn't piece together his past. They were still too fresh and terrifying for him to properly remember. And every time he would revisit he felt like he was going to die all over again. There was still that figure that lingered in his memories though, underneath all the trauma. And it frustrated Mouse that he couldn't reach them.
-----------------------------------------------------------
As Mouse snuck his way out of the Med Clinic's air duct passage, he briefly sat down afterwards to go over his plan. If he still couldn't remember what happened, then he would still need to rely on his stealth to investigate the nocturnal figures of the Citadel. And he would need to do this without further injuring himself. Mouse surveyed the corners of the Lower Wards. There were a couple of shady characters among the scene. But one particular person of interest immediately caught his eye.
They were alone, in the shadows of the Wards. As if they were waiting for someone. An illuminating sign of a nearby market stall casting a red hazy glow over their silhouette. Mouse heard faint murmurs from the figure as well. This piqued his interest, but also gave him chills. Who were they waiting for? What were they doing? As Mouse steadily advanced towards the figure to get a closer look, he immediately froze. The figure slowly turned to Mouse, casting an ominous stare towards the shaken human.
"Oh, I knew you would finally come," The advancing figure whispered to Mouse. That voice. It was if it grabbed Mouse all the way from his past. "It's in your nature after all,"
"Y-ou, you, you we-" Mouse couldn't finish his last thought. The all too familiar stinging of the blade suddenly came back into his abdomen. As Mouse looked down, the familiar sight of red was suddenly spreading into his hand. And his attacker, looming over his fallen body like before, gave him a taunting glare. Mouse gasped and tried to scream, but another stabbed entered his bleeding frame. The familiarity of his situation from his past resurfaced in the present like a rushing tidal wave. Another stab entered his gut, but Mouse couldn't feel it anymore. The pain overwhelmed him, until he finally sought comfort in the calming waves of the darkness.

Yeah... I don’t know about that. Also, my only choices are between you and Basia, and since Basia has been inactive, it’s really clear as day for me. And if I’m wrong, I’ll just shoot Basia come night. But I don’t think I am.

I quote dragon here:
Space agreed to this plan. Since dragon was voted out, it is very likely, that spouse investigated dadi and we know from the narrative, that space was killed by the person, he investigated. I know, that space can't confirm that, but if I had to vote, I would vote for dadi - just think about it.

Pela, if I were to be eliminated next night, but also use my power, would my power still work? Yes, if your role has a nightly ability and you were to be eliminated overnight, you can still use your ability. Your ability use would just occur before your elimination in the narrative. Unless Good Glyph or Morinth were in game and used their ability on you, or even a protective role in some cases.

Sadly it would appear my plan was a failure as there is no mention of Glyph inviting anyone to a party overnight. You will recall the idea was that Glyph would invite Dadi to a party leaving OG to protect Space, providing Niftu Cal had not already used his ability, which OG hinted that he had. Had Basia done so then this would have cleared Dadi of being the spy and Basia as well provided Dadi was still able to vote, so that would have left OG as the spy.
However, the best we have to go on now, as Fylimar says, is that the narrative suggests that the spy is the person that Space was investigating. Now if he followed Dragon's suggestion then we must assume he investigated Dadi but if he was following my plan then it is possible he checked OG.
With no guarantee of Glyph operating again the following night to block the spy, it is somewhat important to get it right this round.

However, I think it's very likely that basia was just completely inactive during the night round and that's why Glyph didn't do anything. I don't remember if basia ever even posted to say she agreed with the plan. From the description of the spy in the narrative, I don't think Glyph fits, anyway. I actually thought Niftu Cal sounded more like it, but that would mean Space didn't stick with the plan, and I thought he was going to.

fylimar already quoted part of this, but I wanted to post the whole thing again. Space should probably investigate whichever of us (me or Dadi) is left, since OG and basia can prove themselves through use of their powers. Unless I'm missing something, I guess That makes sense. 😄 I’d probably vote Dragon, but want to see what others think Based on this, Space would have investigated dadi, which means dadi/Nyreen is the last spy. If I were voting, I would agree with fylimar here and vote for dadi.

Final Day
Chaos erupted once again in the Citadel. As the day finally surfaced, the public found a troubling discovery within the Lower Wards. The lone victim that survived the killers' initial attack, was now soaked in crimson and lifeless. C-Sec meanwhile, wrongfully arrested the deceased Captain's beau as well. All while the real killer was very much alive and free, planning their next attack for the following night. To say the public was in outrage over the highly publicized case would be an understatement. One would think that all would be going swimmingly for the real killer in question, but as the media swarmed in droves throughout the day, one particular figure's disposition was full of panic. Caught up in the blood lust of their latest attack from the previous night, the figure did not realize their fatal error until it was much too late. Unbeknownst to them, a hibernating VI drone was in decent proximity within the bloodied scene, and more than likely recorded the entire encounter.
To make matters worse, as soon the the figure spotted the hibernating drone, they quickly buzzed away and out of the killer's clutches. Now in the present, the agent was in a deep panic, still searching for the drone throughout the Citadel before they possibly release the footage to the press. The damning evidence would completely undo their efforts into preparing the Citadel for the next phase. And that can not happen.
A small voice within the killer's subconscious however, was relieved. The actions and the overwhelming voices that have taken control of the once innocent figure have completely paralyzed them to the core. They are now nothing more than mere passenger in their own body, witnessing carnage at every turn. At this point the real voice within the killer's head welcomed imprisonment or even death, since this would finally free of them of the horrors they have been facing these past few days.
As the indoctrinated agent searched high and low for the drone, they finally spotted a promising lead within the night club of Purgatory. A bright blue sphere, still hibernating but in tow with an asari by the entrance of the club. The figure eye's glowed in delight. It seems as though the drone's owner have made things much more interesting for the agent. And as the asari finally made it past the long line of patrons outside the entrance, the agent was not too far behind her.
------------------------
As the patrons of Purgatory mingled and danced within the spacious dance floor, one volus was sulking his blues away at the bar. Ever since Niftu has left Ilium, his biotics have grown incredibly weak. What the hell happened? And to top it all off,Niftu knew he should have pressed the Clinic a lot more regarding the safety of the first victim. But he did not, and now that unfortunate human is now lifeless in the morgue. Niftu sighed and a took a sip of his drink. He should have stayed in Illium, where he could have been a Hero by now.
"Some week, huh?" A nearby asari spoke to Niftu, downing a shot afterwards. Niftu grunted in response. Matriarch Aethyta was originally planning on returning to Illium. Ever since she's learned that Liara was in the Citadel, however, her plans changed. The Matriarch suddenly felt the need to keep an eye out for the other asari, at least until the killer was finally dead or behind bars. And as Aethyta was ostensibly enjoying the night life, she instantly spotted a suspicious looking figure meters away from Liara. Aethyta sighed. She knew trouble was going to eventually follow her little wing, as it always has. Aethyta shook her head and downed last potent shot from the bar. Duty calls. And as the older asari disappeared within the crowded club, Niftu turned towards his right to suddenly realize that the asari next to him was gone. Strange, he thought.
--------
As Aethyta made her way to confront the suspicious figure, the overwhelming crowd of inebriated patrons blocked her sights in an instant. And as she steadily slid her way away from the crowd to regain her sights, her target was already gone. Aethyta made a quick search for Liara, and realized she had disappeared as well. An uneasy pit started to gnaw within her stomach. This did not feel right. Aethyta spent more moments trying to find Liara within the pulsing night life, but was only met with more drunken dancers. The gnaw within her stomach grew, but Aethyta ignored the feeling in order to focus. Perhaps she was inside the bathroom? As Aethyta briskly made her way to her destination, she could hear faint sounds of biotics and screams. The pit in her stomach felt like it was burning now within her gut. And with that, she ran to the bathroom glowing in blue. Unknown to the Matriarch however, a rather sneaky volus followed not too far behind.
"You think you will get away with what you've done?," A weakened Liara was lying on the floor, spitting a dark blue and clutching her sleeping VI drone.
"Well, after I'm done with you, and assume the position of Shadow Broker..." Nyreen didn't bother to finish her thought as she was suddenly surrounded in her own biotic glow, "Any last words?"
Liara preceded to glow blue in return. There was no way she was going down without a fight. And as she conjured up one last singularity, two figures caught her eye just behind the female turian. They were both glowing in blue. The young asari faintly smiled in relief.
"Behind you kid," Matriarch Aethya said, just before she blasted a singularity of her own. Nyreen didn't have a chance of reacting before getting pulled into the biotic vortex. A strong blast from the asari in front of her gutted the turian, followed by a much weaker biotic blast from Niftu himself, finishing the last killer for good.
As the dust settled among the previously vacant restroom, more patrons stormed in to investigate the commotion. Only for them to find a single turian bleeding on the bathroom tiles, surrounded by azure. The dying turian gazed her once ominous eyes towards Aethyta. Her eyes now less vacant, as if she was finally awaken from a dream. But in an instant, her eyes were finally muted and away from the faded present.

Player Eliminated- dadithinkimgay - Evil Nyreen ---------------------- Epilogue
Six months have passed ever since the love of his life passed on, and yet for Charr it felt like it was just yesterday. The mourning felt he was drowning at first, but Charr had learned how to cope with it as the days went on. Every day he would visit his memorial along with the other victims. And everyday he will tell Bailey about his new life and problems. He felt he owed this to Bailey in never forgetting him and the moments they had together. But whenever Charr felt at his worst, he would also stare at the stars among the glittering galaxy. In that moment he would feel the same way he felt when he was with Bailey: overwhelmed and surrounded with hope.
