Without MT, too. Significantly cheaper than tirple A releases. So much for the tale tellers who want to make believe contemporary art needs additional monetisation to turn the numbers black.
Ninja Theory's blog post states some basic numbers about sales and production. I didn't really follow the project - it was suddenly just there and talked about.
Now, I believe that this is kind of a crucial point there: How do indies make their game publicly known to market them on spot?

Good for them! Its not my cup of tea, but I'm glad the game is at least profitable. Now I'm hoping them make enough to warrant another stab into the 'indie triple a' market.

Definitely happy to hear this! They will undoubtedly nab a number of awards at the end of the year and that'll give them a decent signal boost for even more sales. And hopefully we'll see more studios dive into the "AA" gaming market. But yeah, promotion is certainly an issue in this space. Hellblade certainly had good word-of-mouth and a brief period of coverage from the mainstream outlets, but... more would be nice.
