Inquisition: tutorial for changing colors on mods?

What are some of your favorite tutorials when it comes to modding Inquisition.  In particular, I'd like to edit the colors of a retexture someone else made for the wedding dress (have been given permission).  The simpler the tutorial the better... I'm 100% total modding newbie here...
