I've noticed that there are too many players giving credit to what it was wrote in the Stolen throne(which by the way was a book that contradicts the games in many points). I'm reffering to the part where Flemeth says to Maric that Loghain will betray him when that never happened at all when Maric was still around. What I remember from those books was just Loghain helping the King and informing him about Ketriel(I think that was her name)role in helping Orlais into destroying Maric's army. After that Maric decided on his own to kill the girl, and Loghian wasn't even there. Then in the Calling Loghain does literally nothing during the whole book. So someone explain why FLemeth is right when he said that to Maric.Keep in mind that what she says there has nothing to do with DAO,as she is talking specifically about Maric.

I don't see any mistake from Loghain's part in the books,he was almost perfect. I think is a lot worse what Flemeth did, because she has powers to predict the future and knew about the blight even at that moment, yet has decided to send the king away from the country so that her daughters could take his blood for their own goals, while Archdemon was happily destroying eveything.

I've never read the books because from what gets brought up in discussions they're complete garbage.
"No no! Alistair isn't some nobody bastard! He's the son of a super-special elf Warden!"

The books written by Gaider, particularly the first one (which I haven't bought but that I've read in part in a library ) aren't good books, the characters are poorly developed and Flemeth is no exception. He shouldn't write books imho.

I don't think it was precognition of anything specific, but rather Flemeth doing a cold reading of Loghain based on centuries of observing human psychology.

BIG SPOILERS REGARDING COMICS Maric was alive and captured by Tevinters during the events of DAO. So it's kinda true, Loghain betrays Maric's son thus he betrays Maric

Is just that sometimes people treat whatever Flemeth says as ultimate truth just because she is important in the games, when in fact plenty of times she just gives lectures based on her view, even when she doesn't know the people of whom she is talking about.Example is Isabela in DA2,she equates her to Morrigan, when they are totally different and have only small similarities.
