Recently I was browsing over the Nexus and found this mod for DAI - www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/1992I installed it and tried to play Elementalist. Crowd control with Exploding Bolt and constant Discharge combos were a lot of fun. And then I deleted the mod with DAI Tools Suite. I'm not afraid of ban, Bioware doesn't give a flying flop about DAI Multiplayer anymore. There are two main reasons for that decision. First it seems a little unfair to have so much fun on my own. Second I dont agree with some of the fixes Tyragon1991 made. For instance I don't think that upkeep for Charging Bull should drains 5 stamina per second instead of 15 as it is in vanilla. It's clearly a mistake in ability description, not in game mechanic. So what do you guys think about that kind of fixes? Do you mind if somebody uses them? I'm not going to use them for now, but who knows what happens tomorrow.

Yeah, I think sometimes changes were made that were purposeful, but just the ability descriptions weren't updated. But, the changes aren't OP or anything. I might run that in single player.
In multi-player, I think it is just better to not run mods of any kind, even cleanup/tweak mods like this.
I would not knowingly play under this mod in multi-player, but I don't consider it cheating, in answer to your question.

Remember, modding mp will cause lag to others when you host game. Also, some mods work off host so you might mess up the others games.

You won't ever get banned for cheating in DA:IMP even when doing the most absurd stupid crazy stuff, like instantly killing all enemies as they spawn, or cheating the Store itself by giving yourself unlimited gold, or even changing the spawn mechanics by making a crazy horde mode If you have more fun playing the game like this, then isn't that what matters? Why do you play games in the first place? As long as others don't notice it, who cares. Then of course the DA:IMP community is very small by now and then you run into familiar players and that's probably not something you want to let them know..

Yes, I remeber how you killed Kalpernia with Thousand Cuts on Mortiel's stream. It was hilarious. But I'm talking about bugfixes only and if they really could mess up other people's games I don't want that.

But I'm talking about bugfixes only and if they really could mess up other people's games I don't want that. holy shit that was a long time ago. on the context of messing peoples games, edit: it's been too long and I'd have to do some tests again. but if you're hosting just assume most of the behavior you're seeing, other players will also see, so if it only drains 5 stam/s, it'll do that for other players too. an easy test is just to play with the bugfix off-host, and you'll immediately know what comes into effect or not (off-host you're most likely going to see the original 15 stam/s). what i know for sure that is server/host side is the item list, so e.g. weapons, equipment, ability mapping (but not abilities themselves). when it comes down to abilities most of the behavior is server side, but i havent looked at the specifics.
