In all of of my three playthroughs an annoying sound bug begins some time after completing "What Pride had Wrought" and prior to the Corypheus fight. It always seems to start right before the door to the war room in Skyhold, next to the hole in the wall in the hallway between Josie's office and the war room, or at least that's where I hear the loud sonic boom effect the first time. Afterwards, it pops up every single time I open and close a menu, the map, inventory, travel.... it's annoying as hell and my third char is now in Trespasser, and while it's not a long chapter it's still annoying to hear that sound effect.
Any way to fix or work around it?

Can you post video or audio?
Are you talking about the "grunge cello strings" sound that is played when each quest is completed? Or something else?

Is your Inquisition influence level maxed out by any chance? I've heard of this happening when a player reaches level 20 influence. If that is the case, the work around is to use cheat engine or More Inquisition Levels mod to raise the max level for influence. Unfortunately, console players are out of luck with this.

lynroy, yeah that does seem to be another constant with all three playthroughs where the sound bug came up, maxed out influence. Doesn't look like the Origin platform is as mod-friendly as Steam (I'm still a relative newcomer to Origin), so I'm guessing all DA mods need to be installed manually?
