He was doing so well that I actually wasn't sure if he had infinite health or something. He must not have though because he died on the last stage (unless he only had infinite armor? Is that a thing?) Don't know his exact level or build, but it's quite possible for a Lego without high stats to survive a NM faction who mainly does physical damage. After all it's Korbin the mightest tank of all Thedas...He just has so many active/passive abilities that give him armor bonus and damage resistance, especially the broken armor bonus from upgraded war cry...And there are the passives that give him extra guard, then additional armor bonus with guard...(if he didn't use guard generating abilities often yet still was able to survive with ease that would be weird...). I imagine on wave 5 he was probably knocked down left and right by shock troopers, riddled with 2-digit sundering effects from spearmen, pestered constantly by assassins and slowed down to a halt by Saarebas Commander's magical tracking ball...these were what finally got him

You win. He actually did have that equipped. But he also had a lot of guard generating abilities as well. War cry, likely upgraded, etc. The real reason it threw me off a little is because I've never seen anyone in this lobby before and one of them was hacking. Wasn't sure if I could trust this Lego.

Joined a threatening pug with some other guy due to nothing higher available. Crushed it obviously. So the leader bumps it up to perilous. He's playing silent sister so he can survive but his damage is still pretty bad. We play a few games and win with ease still. So he bumps it up to nightmare. Then changes his mind and goes back to perilous. I didn't ready up so he changed it back to nightmare. I decided to play Elementalist which isn't a class I would normally attempt to carry nightmare with. Anyway, a virtuoso in the base armor joins. However, he does the smart thing and stays by me the entire game. So I had constant buffs and I kept him alive while he kept me alive and buffed. It worked out really well. Both randoms did incredibly well despite playing above their pay-grade, especially the virtuoso who I thought would be dead weight but ended up being very helpful. We completed the match! I was so proud

I was a Lvl 16 ZITHER! and decided to go pugging until TEXAN and mfr001 had a spot free. (they could hear me over TeamSpeak)Perilous/Random Ended up in FC Frost with a Lvl 1 Lego and a Lvl 1 Templar. The Templar switched to Lvl 1 Lego and everyone readied up. I think, T his is gonna be ok, they're Legos, one of them has the Perilous portrait and the title for 25'000 Exp with Legionnaire. I was wrong. So wrong. We got Qunari... Zone 1:I buffed the two Legos with Fast Beat and Battle of the Bands and killed everything in my path with Power Chord ( ), but I didn't want to kill everything alone and let them get some kills too. So I open the 2nd treasure door, go in and get some Undead. Just as I was killing the Undead, I see one of the Legos going down and the other running to me, going down next to me. Okay, okay, I play Hometown Anthem to give myself some barrier while I rezz the Lego next to me. Meanwhile the whole zone is swarming me. I succeed in rezzing the Lego and try to get to the other, but just as I make my way past some of the Qunari he goes to the Fade. Sorry. The Lego I just rezzed goes down again, but I'm still getting swarmed by Qunari Spearmen and Shield guys and so he also goes to the Fade. That does it and I Power Chord my way to the end of the Zone. Zone 2:I buff the Legos again and hope they stick close to me, so I could keep buffing them, but no, both just go their own ways, one the left side up the stairs, the other...I think he took the ladder up. Meanwhile I'm trying to kill everything in sight so I could get to them faster. Before I even finish my thought the first goes down again, then the second. This time I make it to both in time and rezz them both, just for the first to die again as soon as I rezzed the second. (an Assassin got him just as he got up)I tried to get to him again, but got swarmed again. First Lego bleeds out. Then the second goes into the Fade cause I couldn't rezz him in time. *sighs* I clear the zone and open the door. Zone 3:I buff them again and hope they follow me into The Room, but no. One of them runs over the bridge, the other goes into the right tower. Should've maybe used F4... The one in the tower gets into trouble and I rush over to rezz him. Manage to rezz him once, then I get thrown onto my butt by a spearguy. Meanwhile the other Lego has bleed out for the last time... Lego next to me goes down again and when I tried to rezz him I couldn't. There was no rezz button and I had to watch him bleed out. Another Zone to solo for me. Zone 4:I gave them buffs at the beginning of the zone, but didn't even bother trying to follow them and just kept killing everything in sight. Even managed to get the supplies before they burned down. Still wonder how I managed that while I was being attacked by everything in the zone. Zone 5:I drink a Stone Armor potion and set my sight on the Qunari Commander, while two Legos go off their ways. I just kept Power Chording away on the Commander, so that most of his men would die with him and I might have not to solo the last zone too. Wrong. Commander dies, but the Legos have bleed out already. Luck(?) has it and a Keeper joins. I think, nice, that shouldn't take so long now.Wrong again. Keeper goes down and I rush to her to rezz. She's only wearing the... I think blue armor? (It wasn't the starting armor, but also not the purple Keeper coat)She's up again and I try to kill some Qunari, as she goes down again. I just manage to rezz her, as I go down. (just...too many spearguys)I thought, Now it's Game Over, but the Keeper manages to rezz me! Up on my feet I drink a potion and then the Keeper goes down for the last time. Only 6 Qunari are left, but not for long as I Power Chord them to the Fade! Sadly the Keeper left the lobby before I got to the mission screen. And this is the story how my ZITHER! carried two Legos through Perilous, tho for me it was a Nightmare.

A lower promoted player must thank the gods when it drops though... Yavanalis was my first purple item. Literally popped up from the first 2k chest I bought. Thanks to this beautiful staff my mages less faded than warriors in my veryvery low stats days. flashpoint+firestorm spamming with Yavanalis is really fun and recommendable for relatively low stats Elementalist players.

Not a PUG per se, but really enjoyed my matches with Witty, Biododger and Elliguard last night. Great teamwork, stuck together, cross class combos for days, each class playing their role perfectly, fast clears, ALL the gold... So much fun.

Was playing some HB matches with 3y3Vr3 and RogueKnight333. So I was on support duty and I would normally pick the Elementalist over the Keeper but for some reason I chose Keeper (we generally don't use the OP agents like Saarebas, AW, and SS so Saarebas as support wasn't really an option). For the first time EVER, I tried the dispel ability (now I know where the opening athlok burst animation comes from ). I actually liked dispel. It gives you barrier and increases your spell power. Was actually pretty useful in HB Venatori where everything has barrier. I can't believe there are still abilities I haven't tried...

("Who's perfect? You're perfect!"), but it's really about what we get comfortable with. That's what I love about your Tuesday Dragon slayer matches - you push the comfort zone and discover some amazing things about how these characters can be effective. Love Angelus De Mortiel's video builds for the same reason.

When the rest of your team is visiting the Fade bar against Druffy, what else can you do besides dance party? If I had to guess, I think this was likely the first time any of these players saw Druffy. They were not prepared They all left immediately after this game. Does anyone else ever wonder if other players think you are hacking when this faction comes up, assuming they have never seen it before?

I think there was a sign on my lobby this morning that read "Fear not, I have brought a red rider wagon for you to place your faded corpse upon. Level 1 character with no heal on kill? Inquisition Armor? <50 damage per swing? We specialize in all forms of carrying." Consistent perilous pugs playing above their rank started to get a little annoying after an hour or so. I tried to pretend I was just playing solo with an upped difficulty setting.

I've seen PUG-gers continuously pop up at various times on perilous, NM, HB in the same evening...I can only conclude they can't find anywhere else to play.
