For some reason Dragon Age keep won't recognized Serene Cousland and Tana Hawke in the sync data files. It only recognized Serene Cousland and Marian Hawke from 2-3 years ago. Does Dragon Age Keep still work, or its no longer useful? I wanted to hear my story progression. I have just this month completed DAO and DA2, DA2 just today. Can someone tell me or someone guide me to what could be the issue? Does anyone still use Dragon Age Keep anymore? Is there another method of importing your saves besides Dragon Age keep?

The Keep is all there is. It still works and you are supposed to be able to import your characters. I imported a new Warden and Hawke a couple of months ago. Not sure if you're going to want to do this, but my suggestion is to delete the characters that are there, especially if they have the same name. In DAO and DA2, make sure that all of the online connection options are activated in the settings and that you're properly logged in. Load up a save with the character, run around and hang out for a few minutes, take off a piece of gear, save, and see if that works. I wanted to hear my story progression. You do realize that importing the characters doesn't import their choices, right? DAI was built to be integrated to the Keep, but DAO/2 were not. For those, there is character import only -- name, gender, race, origin, class, and the portrait used in the game itself. You still need to enter your choices for DAO/2 if you want to hear the story progression. Aside from a few bugs with DAI, this won't be an issue going forward as newer games will have that Keep integration.

Nightscrawl Ok I just recently saw Tana Hawke in Dragon Age Keep, but still no latest Serene Cousland. Just the old ones. But I did then delete those two. And it still didn't get the latest Serene Cousland playthrough that I completed a week ago. How do I go to settings and make sure all connection options are activated?

Check Discord... How do I go to settings and make sure all connection options are activated? I can't load up DAO as my discs are put away, but it has similar options as DA2. Options > Account: check box for "upload character profile."
Make sure that the main screen shows that you are logged in.

Yeah it still works I onl yimported a randomised world state I created just yesterday for a new DAI run.
