I well aware that I am beyond late in asking this. However its something I've been wanting to ask for a while so I finally decided why not. My favorite character is the Legionnaire so I'm sure it comes as no surprise I like to tank though I'm probably not very good at it. So what about you lovely, lovely people?

LEGO FTW! Promoted him twice than any other agents He can tank he can kill he can revive teammates without too much worry of being killed in any situation. Above all things, he's true XP generator. edit: he can even dance while reviving a teammate.

Lego is awesome, he's my most promoted agent so far. I think he's kind of a a bland character, but he makes up for it with badassery. I hope he didn't go back to the Deep Roads. Maybe he'll have more to talk about, as I gather the topics are kind of limited down there. Fun ones for me is Virtuoso because he wrecks, protects, and makes me laugh. He's so over the top I can't help but love him. Alchemist is another fun one, she's silly, crazy, and loves making things explode. I was in a PUG the other day with all alchemists. Yeah, it resulted in several CTDs (for me), but it was a lot of fun. I kept crashing and reconnecting because the explosions were dazzling! I played a few games with them. I like AW even though he's a cornball. (I love doing impersonations of him.) He's another one who has the capacity to obliterate everything and is versatile. I often watch what abilities other people use with theirs. I only recently gave up fade cloak for fade step. In single player I might use both for the Knight Enchanter, but of course in MP it's one or the other and fade step seemed like the better choice in the end. I just didn't want to use fade step for everyone and wanted to do something different but fade step is more practical when you only have 4 active abilities. Hunter makes me laugh with his complaints when he's wounded. He reminds me of myself sometimes. "Walk it off, walk it off" "Broken ribs, creaking back" etc. However, when he says "I'm too old for this shit!" it doesn't seem that fitting because he looks young-ish. He doesn't look like a seasoned fighter like Avvar or Lego, but I know his character is meant to be. Templar needs a pair of pom poms, not a sword and shield, she's basically the group's cheerleader.

Arcane Warrior - Eating that hairy green ham makes him very unkillable (tbh its the spirit sword ). I like to make him a tank, getting guard from yavanalis and spirit sword, barrier from all magic usage. Silent Sister - Favourite rogue, can tank and sunder & kill fast. I dont know yet how to specifically spec her but at least I could easily survive with my 1% HOK and +2 guard daggers - on threatening straight from lvl 1! - no goofy sayings on her though Alchemist - ALL. THE. MINES. EVERYWHERE! Legionnaire - Tanky tank tank, can survive through hell usually. Zither - I love playing a good support character, though next time I'm gonna play some devastating chords!

Lego is only fun with Shield Bash and the Bitter Axe/Wintersbreath. LOADS of fun doing that!! PS. Lego was hugely entertaining before Walking Fortress/Counterstrike spamming got nerfed

Blessed Blades(upgraded) to reduce cooldowns on the kick ass combo.(currently around 100K to 324K AoE damage for me depending on enemy group) dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Blessed_BladesTemplar and Katari were the butt of many jokes for a long time. On that note, try Katari with urgency belt and no HoK. Drop below 50% health then charge around with infinite guard. Test on lower difficulties til you get the hang of it.

I can tank, but it takes me forever to kill with him. I know he's a defense specialist and his DPS isn't supposed as good as others, but surely it raised to the point where it doesn't take me forever just to kill a peon. Also thank you for posting on this thread. I was beginning to fear that I had just wasted space on the forums.

In fact, get your stats to 170/170/200 and then focus on Willpower for a while if you want to get strong. I use Payback Strike(upgraded), Shield Bash(upgraded), Counterstrike, Shield for blocking prob better for you (I take Lunge n Slash when solo....but I have Bitter Axe cause enemies group together better when solo) I am on the train home just now and cannot remember the names of passives I take.. but look at the right tree. Take any advice of mine in context because of my stats.... I will have a better look when I get home.

But on a serious note: If you ever get either the Estwatch or the Magehunter Shield, they will help you generate armor. Keep the attack button depressed while intermittently pressing the Shield Wall button and you got XP generator plus instant armor while attacking. It takes a bit of practice, but you will like your sword and board character

Gotta try those next time on Lego. I usually go with all the guard -build, but this time I wanted more damage. With Hakkon's Honor +11% HoK I kept alive quite easily on threatening on level 12 even mostly without guard, except in the wave 5 where I triggered livid with the Demon Commander. This was a duo effort, unfortunately the Keeper PUG was so low level she dropped last time in the wave 5. Cant quite remember the passives at this time, but I had payback strike, lunge, shield bash and livid.
Btw, frak those spirits... always weakening me!

I watched your Katari HB video and saw you doing that, I’ve been wanting to try it but I think my con and cun promotions are too low and my guard wouldn’t be able to keep up with the damage on anything above threatening. Maybe 100 of each and get a minimum 50% def for both melee/ranged def?

Also thank you for posting on this thread. I was beginning to fear that I had just wasted space on the forums. About Lego's builds, Smurf and Hunter already mentioned every key points. So I just would like to highlight importance of choosing my enemy. Honestly, Lego is not the kit for soloing. Especially before P.I amulet, before Crescent, before 170/170/200, he can't be all round killing machine. You might noticed there are enemy types especially hard for him. Shield types of course, flying Ice lady of demon faction, and demon commander. Even tho Lego's job is tanker, I just leave such enemies for my mage/rogue fella. It takes too much time to take them out and I don't think they are not my priority. Kunari faction, those toothpick wielders can block most of our mages attacks so they are my priority. Actually they don't have much health so not so hard for me to kill them. Zone2/4, I try to stay close to my mage fella and protect her from enemy assassins. My shield bash or payback strike can knock them out so fast. Heavy warrior type enemies, most of them have guards but my shield bash/payback strike can remove them with just one shot. On a side note, I wanna recommend to bring Spirit dmg resistance potion for your Lego. Don't forget to drink that before you challenge to enemy Saarebas. Their spirit dmg trap is very powerful and really hard to notice also not easy to avoid. If your stat is not high enough you might die instantly after Saarebas's death without knowing reason. Well, I died because of that. A lot. I hope you enjoy Lego's badass life. If there's a chance I wish we can play some Lego HAMmering nightmare together.
