I've completed the trilogy... I don't know how many times, but I found a new thing!
On Mars, the bit with the long hallway before the big turret you have to take cover from...
Normally, Cerberus locks the door behind them and you have to shut off the decontamination protocol "with the staff still inside".
But if you're fast enough, you can run through the door and you don't have to go through the lab.
It works best as an Infiltrator, what with Tactical Cloak.
