The Interceptor is a lot of fun....I painted mine red and white with Chrome accents. Looks sweet. Armed with a LMG and Assault Rifle. Really fun and easier to fly than the Ranger.

I'm curious how others are outfitting their Interceptors. It's my go-to Javelin for fun but I'm having trouble making it worth the low health; When I play Colossus I can do everything the Interceptor can do, except without the need to run away and recharge every two seconds.
What's kinda worked for me: -Venom Bomb as a wide area combo primer -Tempest Strike for tough targets -Rally Cry as a quick team cleanse -Amphibious Augment to boost venom bomb -Blade Inscription because of course -Whatever other components are highest level
I have dodge bound to LMB, which may be odd but gives me tremendous control over the direction of the three chained dodges. The basic tactic is to use the triple jump and dodge to get in at a high altitude, venom bomb, diving melee, and reverse course out for immediate reattack. The dodge speed gets the shield recharged so there's less hide-and-wait for shield cooldown. When the speed recharge doesn't bug out.

This is my current main build for interceptor:
Weapons: Endless Battle Truth of Tarsis
Gear: Serpent's Veil (Venom Bomb) Sudden Death (Tempest Strike) Target Beacon
Components: Conductive Lattice Elusive Talisman Vengeance Matrix Way of the Bold Way of Resolve Way of the Swift
The build is primarily focused on melee DPS. Against most mobs, the idea is to use Endless Battle (+110% weapon/melee damage on hit) and Way of Resolve (+40% melee damage on dash) to maintain a +150% damage bonus to melee pretty much constantly. Then go around stabbing people. Conductive Lattice (electric explosion on 3-hit melee streak) ensures you make very quick work of shields. Way of the Bold does wonders to help keep you alive; when low on health find some trash mobs and stab them to death for guaranteed heals. On tougher mobs/HVTs, use Target Beacon -> Serpent's Veil (acid to lower resistances and so that Sudden Death can proc combo for some extra damage, also will give you +50% damage to Sudden Death from Way of the Swift) -> Sudden Death for burst damage. Truth of Tarsis is there for DPS on boss-type enemies that are awkward to engage with melee (Ash Titans, Luminaries, stronghold bosses). Exploit the Endless Battle buff for more damage with Truth of Tarsis and use dashes to reload faster than normal. Use your ultimate for utility/survival as opposed to DPS (against most enemies you will do equal or more DPS outside of your ultimate).
For inscriptions, you want anything that increases gear recharge speed (priority is Strike System > Support > Assault System), Strike System damage, physical damage, or +shield/armor. Weapon damage increase is nice but low priority since most of your damage comes from melee and gear. Ditto for most other weapon bonuses.
