Yeah I've not got the game yet but I am considering it but if I decide to then I'll likely start with Ranger mostly because I prefer to stay at range and that sounds like the best Javelin for that.

Colossus was first followed by Ranger. Then Storm, which I have not used yet.

Colossus is my go to when I need to punch an Ursix in the face and laugh at Titans while standing my ground.

Ranger is my jack of all trades.

You're really going to like the storm if you like ranged combat and elemental powers. Freeze a group of mooks, detonate them with lightning, and then shoot any elites that are left with a marksman rifle.

I started with Ranger during the demo and it's fun, but the storm is even more entertaining, IMO.

I have not seen it yet... granted I haven't played through all the available content yet. There are scenes were the player character is out of suit, but the most I've seen so far is our hands/arms. You'll want to choose a head that matches the gender and skin tone you want. I imagine there must be some cut scenes later on, or planned, where we will see our character? Maybe? I've pretty much forgotten what my head looks like, so I'll be surprised, lol.

Interesting that Storm is first. I just couldn't get the hang of it in the demo and I've left it till last this time round.

I would order them Ranger, Interceptor, Colossus, Storm from what I've experienced so far although, admittedly I only gave the Storm a one mission tryout during the demo to decide I didn't like it.

I had an opportunity to play both of the demo's, so I tried them all out. I went with Storm because I love the idea of elementals primarily for combat. I usually select a brute/hunter type so it's a nice change of pace for me. I'll stick with storm through end game and then switch out, assuming the game stays viable with all the issues its having.
