BW touched on this in the early days - those are actually 2 moons orbiting this planet.
If that's the case and Anthem's planet (I'll just call it Anthem for simplicity's sake, even though that isn't its name) is not significantly smaller than the second, bluer "moon" (which I'll call Blue), then Blue is so large that it likely makes this a binary planet system (kind of like Pluto and Charon) rather than a typical planet-moon system. And if it is a binary planet system, it would also be unlikely that the reddish moon (Red) would have an orbit that either lies entirely within or crosses the orbits of Anthem and Blue (we know it has to have one of these orbits since it is eclipsing Blue as seen from Anthem). Such an orbit would never be stable and Red would soon either be ejected out of the system or collide with Anthem or Blue.
And also the lore reason why there is so much turbulence in the air that it stops Lancers from trying to fly higher.
Is it? IIRC, the in-game codex entry for the ripstream basically says that nobody (in-universe) knows for sure what causes it. Did the devs say something that I missed?

The Monument is the end of a long complex machine network that controls the Ripstream, most of which is underground. So far as I understand it, what we don't know yet, is why the Shapers created the Ripstream to keep people grounded.

Jason Schreier @jasonschreier Via NPD data, this seems like a good sign for anyone worried that EA might not give BioWare the time to keep updating and fixing Anthem
Good to hear. Though to be fair, BW has said Dragon Age: Inquisition was their bestselling launch title ever (and bestselling title period). But NPD might have tracked a slightly different period (Maybe ME3 sold more in the first month? Or...?)
wow that's sweet, i'm happy it's doing good. Although i never played any of BW games (anthem is my first) i'm looking forward to see what the new Dragon Age will be like.
If DA4 will be your first experience with Dragon Age, I recommend taking a look at the first three games. Or, at the very least, check out the Wiki HERE. It is an excellent resource for the history and lore of Thedas.
If you think you might be interested in purchasing DA4, that is.

Emily (aka Domino) Taylor pentapod Woah, the best selling game of Feb 2019 and second bestselling game of 2019 so far! Yay freelancers! Strong alone, stronger together! ❤️ So glad folks are having fun playing #AnthemGame 🤗
Aaron @dcbeastltyhealz It's a good game with a lot to be fixed. My worry is will the game be worth playing after they have the game completely fixed? Like will there still be others still playing to do strongholds ect without waiting a hour for 1 to pop.
Emily (aka Domino) Taylor pentapod Well, I would say that it's not "completely fixed" until the people playing it are happy! And, since it's a live game with ongoing updates, happily, we can (and do) take feedback from players to make the changes they want 😊

Andrew Johnson @untdrew Alright friends -- Where do you stand on Slow Mode for Twitch chats? We're kicking around the idea for future #AnthemGame streams, but I've heard mixed feelings about it.

Love it Hate it Depends (reply with why)
I actually got to watch the twitch stream live this time (usually I just catch it on youtube) and the chat whizzed by way too fast to read properly so I guess, in principle, slowing it down would be much better. On the other hand, I'm not sure what that would entail. Does it miss posts out to compensate or just get further and further behind what the stream is talking about to the point where if you haven't posted a message in the first 10 minutes it will never turn up before the stream finishes!
I think it's better slow for the viewer but better fast for anyone hoping to be able to be noticed in time for the comment to be relevant.

I dont know what slow mode is, but if it is a moderated chat, I actually may open the chat which I usuallydont do for (atleast) 2 reasons: As on most of the websites, chat is done so awfully, I choose always to hide them. The other reason being people on the chat, its mostly noise and "lolololo salt *raugh*" and such.. No actual value usually, because the hosts pick the questions and read them out loud too. Stupid chats...

BTW, 1mil / 60bucks/game = ~ 1.7mil console games sold. Game dev costs for AAA titles usually run into 35-45+ million. Add 25-30+ million for advertising and EA's profit for Anthem is (in million) ~ :
max = 100 - (35+25) = 40
min = 100- (45+30) = 25
That's shabby. All appx numbers but well into the ball park.
Mass Effect Trilogy, Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2, Dragon Age Inquisition, KOTOR, Jade Empire, Mass Effect Andromeda, Anthem, Mass Effect Legendary Edition

I’m not sure how accurate all that is, but what’s your basis of comparison for calling that shabby?

Like always, his mind of course. Who needs actual evidence if you are always reaching the conclusion that the game and bioware failed?
I can't help but notice...with the positive news about Anthem, where are our less than positive YouTubers like YongYea and legacykilla and upper echelon and such? I thought they only delivered news! certainly they don't just jump on the hate wagon...or start it.
If the news had been bad they'd crap out a video in ten minutes.
