Assuming they do this what would your preference be for the following
The Rachni
the Genophage and who is in charge of the krogan
the Geth and Quarians
The ending
Shepards fate and the fate of his crew.
Edi
Other characters fates we have seen through the games like aria ,that quarian captain we see in ME2, and others.
Feel free to add more choices and such. My personal preference for them would be
The Rachni were saved in ME1 and ME3
The genophage was cured and Wrex is their leader
The ending would be high EMS destroy
the geth and quarians were united and star kid was only partially right. Some of the geth died however the majority survived the blast because alot of them were housed in a protected area. Edi would survive but only like she was in ME2 where she is a hologram and the normandy. Because part of her platform was seperate from the reaper tech. Someone explained this better then me so I am going with their explanation for that.
Shepard survived but was rescued by some group like the turians or someone like that and has more cybernetics put in because he was so damaged. The normandy and her crew took a year to get back to earth and shepard reunited with his or her LI and crew. Then they all go back to being soldiers trying to keep order when the next threat comes.
And javik didn't commit suicide after the reapers were destroyed since one of the choices implied that was what would happen. He joins up with liara's "dad" and end up getting together. Just because it would be too damn funny and liara would freak out.
As for some of the other characters..I think I would have to say most of the people on the citadel would be dead so captain bailey and co would be gone.
So those are my prefrences what are yours.

Look at my playthrough in my signature.
It wouldn't matter to me except the ending will have to be red. All the other choices I've done at least once in ME3. My preference is to have the genophage sabotaged, but if Bioware were to have it cured, I wouldn't complain since I did a playthrough curing the genophage.

I don't want any choices to be made canon, period. Bioware said they wouldn't do it and I'd like them to remain true to their word. I also absolutely feel that it is completely unnecessary for any choices to be made canon in order to move the franchise forward. The only requirement returning to the MW galaxy from Andromeda many centuries after the end of the Reaper War. What the player discovers about the Reaper War then can be sensitive to what the player decided with time and subsequent events in the galaxy negating the direct effects of the Reaper War. Pockets of any species thought eliminated by events during ME3 could survive and repopulate during those elapsed centuries. Visible effects of snythesis could fade or, perhaps the species continued to just voluntarily integrate synthetics into their systems through cybernetics and such. No choices need to be made canon to go forward.
The second best option is to completely destroy everything old about the Milky Way Galaxy (something Drew Karpyshen is rumored to have wanted to do anyways). The "history" of the Reaper War is completely lost in the destruction and a new Milky Way emerges devoid of humans and whatever other species were previously in the game. The events of ME1-3 are simply never mentioned again.

Patrick Weekes doesn't agree I didn't say all of the citadel was killed. However between the reapers taking the citadel and some cerberus troops going in there since TIM was there I think it's safe to assume a big chunk of the people on the citadel are dead. Not all but alot would be

I'm torn on the rachni. They were aggressive but that apparently had something to do with the Reapers or Leviathan. Javik also says the rachni were bred as weapons of war, which doesn't speak well of their ability to maintain a long-term peace.
The genophage depends on who is in charge. If Wrex is dead, the genophage stays, especially if Eve is also dead. If you pay attention to a Wreav/no Eve scenario on Earth, Wreav outright says he'll do whatever he wants without anyone telling him what to do. It's risky under any circumstances since the krogan will eventually breed out of control but I'm willing to take a chance on Wrex/Eve.
If I can make peace with the geth and quarians, fine. Otherwise, the geth die. Not that it matters since they won't survive Destroy.
Javik goes off to live with the hanar since they'll treat him like a god.
Endgame is Destroy. Everyone lives except EDI because Destroy.
The only thing I really care about is Shepard and Kaidan living happily ever after. Not that my avatar is an indicator or anything.

For all the decisions probably the opposite of what I do normally.
Geth/Quarians, I kill the geth every time. But the geth existing probably adds to future stories.
Do I stop the genophage cure, oh hell yes. But would a krogan birth rate spike of insane proportions be a better story, probably. And Wreave is always in charge in my world because Wrex doesn't get off of virmire. That being said, everyone likes Wrex so he'd probbaly be the better choice.
Rachni I usually kill the queen but that one is close. probably a 60/40 split kill/spare. But, spare probably again makes a better story.
End, Red= reapers are dead its the best choice. its my choice.
Usually in my end state everyone who can be including Shepard is alive. I think this shouldn't matter as they need a new cast and protagonist.
