I can't believe I hadn't seen this gem yet, lol.
But honestly, I think it would fit Isabela 10x more.

I think it is wrong that Anders gets the last word in that discussion about being dangerous. You know, the one where he argues that Fenris kills people without having to be an abomination.
Well, the difference is that Fenris can choose whether to kill or not. Anders has no control when Justice takes over.

Well, the difference is that Fenris can choose whether to kill or not. Anders has no control when Justice takes over. What does "wrong" exactly mean here? Is the banter's "moral message" is "wrong"? Or why wrong it is? It not about not some "moral message" or who's right. This is about Anders' reaction. Do you think, it was wrong, Anders "won" this conversation? ... Anders *won* this conversation??? I don't get you. Anders is Anders. And Fenris is Fenris. This happened in the Act 1. After, that Anders once agreed with Fenris about Justice, after the "Tranquility":
Let's see another one, in Act2, after the Dissent: Fenris: I seem to recall you saying something a while ago... Anders: Shut up. Fenris: "I can control it." Wasn't that what you said? Anders: So help me... Still, Anders get's the last word... So: this isn't about some "justice" between Fenris and Anders by the Maker writers... this is about Anders and Fenris beliefs and emotions. (I love their conversations.)

As in, Anders' argument was bullshit, but the party banter gave him the last word as if he'd won the debate. And no, that's not the conversation I was talking about. Fenris: Do you see yourself as harmless, then? An abomination who would never harm someone? Anders: Like ripping someone's heart out of his chest? Fenris: I did that at the behest of no demon. Anders: So we agree that it doesn't take a demon for someone to kill.

I even wrote, what I lined and cited here, were another conversation, that both in connection with this. I said: "Do you think, it was wrong, Anders "won" this conversation? ... Anders *won* this conversation???" I spoke about that NOT the party banter gave him the last word. He took the last word, because Fenris didn't answer. No matter he was right or not. BUT: perhaps, Fenris 1. Didn't want to continue this conversation 2. Fears he loses his self-control. (After Hadriana died: "The thought of her slipping out of my grasp now, I couldn't let her go, I wanted to, but I couldn't. [...] This hate, I thought I'd gotten away from it bit it dogs me, no matter where I go". And don't forget: he killed the Fog Warriors. I don't think, he forgave himself.) So again. This NOT about who was wrong. This about their emotions and beliefs. No matter, Anders's right or not. Or Fenris's right or not. It's about how they thinking, reacting. About their past and fears.

I'm sorry you didn't".

Is Fenris more of a top or a bottom? That's just a position or preference for Doing vs Giving. I imagine him to be a very Giving person. So I guess Top.

Oh yeah, I wanted to share. Hubby recently finished DA2 and was romancing Fenris. He was playing Sarcastic Hawke. So Fenris says like, "You're really important to me, and I love you." Sarc hawke was like, "What? I'm not sure I heard you." Fenris is like, "Let me show you then." With a lil growl and then a grab and kiss. Husband reacts, "Aww." My hubby had a feel for the Fenris.

I apologize if I've asked this before, but how does mage Hawke get over the fact that Fenris hates mages?
I mean... it's easy for the player to analyse it in a cold, detached and objective way. People will tell you about how his past experiences make it acceptable/tolerable.
But if you put yourself in Hawke's shoes, it isn't that easy. Imagine if a woman meets a guy who starts ranting about how terrible women are because his brother was murdered by a woman, his ex-girlfriend cheated on him, etc etc. She will think "Okay, I understand where those feelings are coming from, but I still think you're a jerk".
