Cuz why not? Me personally: - Not being able to have a reliable way to obtain all schematics - Vast spaces with nothing much to do in them - Having to wait (in real time) for an operation to complete; only to obtain minimal rewards ( Looking at you 'Coin Gathering' )

Companions never flirting with the player character (unless you flirt with them first). Someone on Reddit said it feels like the Inquisitor is sexually harassing his co-workers lol. Not sure I agree with that but it was annoying that every romance was same in that regard. Game Devs should not be so scared of what some trolls may say.
The lack of variety in armors. This is very disappointing for me. It's hard to find a good look for the character. Compared to AC Odyssey or SWTOR especially.

Shorter list than the liked list for me:
Double dagger targeting and backstabbing AI, particularly if the target was a four-legged critter.
Plastic hair.
Not enough enemy variety. Variants within each major enemy type helped, but just not enough major enemy types.
I somewhat agree that there was also not enough armor silhouette variety, but this was mitigated for me somewhat when Tinting became available.
Notice what's not on my list? The Hinterlands. I adored that place. Sure, there could have been more of a nudge to get out of the H and progress the main quest, but I personally would have ignored it anyway. My standard game strategy is every time I get loaded into a new map zone and there is an obvious waypoint/quest marker to move towards, I turn around 180 and go in the opposite direction and explore. More often than not, I'm rewarded with some kind of hidden treasure. Level designers have trained me well to ignore the obvious "go here" signals.
Also not on my list is Shards. I get why most people hated that uber fetch quest with questionable rewards, but I'm an Explorer type, so most of the time I picked up Shards more-or-less by accident, because I went their to explore anyway. This includes the Forbidden Oasis. "I wonder if I can get to the top of that mesa? ... Hey, there's a Shard here!"

Whilst I didn't like some of the inaccessible locations, the main reason I didn't like the shards quest is how the item I was forced to use to locate them had been manufactured in such a horrific way and I wasn't even permitted to bring the perpetrators to justice over it. You could argue that Alexius was responsible but that wasn't listed among his crimes if you brought him to trial and if you did CoJ then he just disappeared and no one was brought to book who was even remotely connected.
I hated the bottles. If they are going to give me flashing gold circles to indicate the presence of something, at least make it something worthwhile even if it is only a bit of ancient lore.
Those horrible unisex hairstyles. I wasn't really taken with any of them and we had so many variations of bald, crew cut and short styles and nothing intricate, plaited or long like in DAO or DA2.
Inconsistency over the relevance of advisors to the outcome of war table missions. Either make every mission absolutely dependant on choosing the right one for maximum success/rewards or none of them. The variable time for completion was also annoying until I discovered how to manipulate it (ensure I selected a long one just before going to bed) and meant my first run I had a whole stack of them waiting for either Leliana or Josephine to become free whilst Cullen was left with nothing to do. I kept him busy resource collecting so much I ended up with a military Inquisition, which was not the intention and didn't really match my actions on the more important missions.
That strange tactical camera option. I found it awkward, didn't like it and ended up ignoring it. Just go back to the old style pause button if you wish to give some quick direction to characters but otherwise let the action flow. Also if I tell a character to stand under a rock outcrop so the dragon can't get them or out of the water when in the presence of electricity, make them obey that order and not keep trying to commit suicide.

I hope there's more variety in NPC faces in DA4. I hate seeing That One White Guy With A Mullet everywhere in the world. Sometimes, there are multiple versions of That One White Guy With a Mullet in the same space.

Above all else, different eyebrows for men and women, and all women's eyebrows are repugnant Texts and subtitles were region locked The tactical mode needs to be reworked(well, I'm hoping that we still can control manage each team member): If I say to the team to remain still, so be it. I unnecessarily lost so much time doing that puzzle in the Exalted Plains because of that.

Cullen's pube beard.
Companions being unaware of an incoming fireball only to be struck and then stand in the flames until they died.
the banter bug. Silence is evil.
Whatever you did to the rogue that made it stab air instead of bad guys.
I felt like the Mages no longer has the ability to control the field. I felt like all of it was really just a disorganized mess. my husband has played in isometric with orders only for the companions to disregard direct orders. I owned the field as a mage in DAO, felt like I owned the field as a rogue in DA2. Free for all in DAI.
Don't care about collectibles, you can keep them, but don't let them be indicated by the golden ring of searching. that should be reserved for real loot. wasted so much time chasing what ended up being a collectible I just about screamed a few times.
That I couldn't tell Solas, Cassandra, Leliana, or Varric to go away in no uncertain terms. They could refuse to leave, but I want the request to be there and the mutual hatred to be ever present thereafter (man, that rivalry in DA2 was so impressive). Even being as rude as possible to Leliana got her to say she admired me. Screw that default admiration.
I'd like there to be more careful attention to lore...DAI was creating so much new stuff it kinda went against some of the old stuff.

- Big empty spaces, nothing much to do in them but gather random stuff and maybe get ambushed, both of which I find fairly tedious. Just a little more.... life...... pls. Occasionally I do like just wandering in the wilderness and taking in the vistas, but I want that to be a side benefit of questing in beautiful areas, not the whole gimmick.
- Extremely limited armor for qunari and dwarves (and elves, to a lesser extent - basically any nonhuman was shafted but qunari definitely got the short end of the stick). This is purely a complaint about aesthetics.
- Lack of unique companion specializations and mage trees in general being compressed.
- The hair. Y'all know this though. Lol

How do people feel about leveling and the ability to access new regions? DA:I had level requirements for certain regions, and while the topic of level grinding wasn't as prevalent back then, with games like AC:Odyssey and Origins bringing this topic to the forefront do you think they should just give up on enemy leveling entirely?

bringing this topic to the forefront do you think they should just give up on enemy leveling entirely? I kinda hated that the regular folks scaled in Odyssey- it meant constant constant constant upgrades to equipment were required, which meant grinding, so much grinding. I want the boss fights to scale (cuz Cory fish should have been difficult no matter what) but not the regulars. Like Dogs. Dogs are dogs, they shouldn't be difficult past level 5. I don't care if they're in the Hinterlands vs Emprise De Lion

That might be something worth purusing, after all ME worked just fine without levelling their enemies or even making any mention with it whatsoever and you still got experience. But if they keep it then enemies should level with you.

Here is my list of things I disliked: - War table: I didn't like the waiting and would prefer side quests to be out in the world
- Boring/meaningless side quests: None of the side quests felt worth doing; it felt like they were wasting my time with finding weapon caches, etc. Some quests that might be interesting were made dull by choice of presentation (scraps of paper with no quest giver).
- Camera angles: I hated the strange camera angles during side quests/dialogue
- Mage combat: Mage is generally my favorite class, and it didn't fare well in DA:I. A lot of the spells were cut, and part of the fun for me in playing a mage is having lots of different spells to cast (both in and out of combat). Particularly egregious was losing healing for barrier/guard. I also didn't like that you couldn't move while casting smaller spells.
- Bugs! I know it is hard to get rid of all bugs, but the ones I had in DA:I were the worst of any Bioware game I played (I didn't play Anthem). Examples are 1) crashing and 2) never getting Dorian's personal quest.
- PC elf body type: The elf PC looked malnourished to me. I hope elves get a redesign (or go back to how they were in Origins). But if not, at least let there be a choice of body types for the PC. Even just being able to select the human body type for elves would be a great improvement over DA:I.

The combat. Pretty much all aspects of it.
- Complete mess with fucked up hitboxes that didn't match the size or shape of the model they were attached to - Sabotaged the setting where magic is often heavily sanctioned by giving warriors and rogues magic-like abilities - Implemented a "tactical camera" by merely attaching the camera to an invisible character which prevented it from passing through or over obstacles - Healing spells replaced with barrier spam. Yay, progress. - Lack of a tactics system from DAO / DA2.
The fewer aspects of that shitshow return the better.
The null-effort "side quests": click a world item to get a text popup that tells you to go elsewhere to click another world item for another text popup and congrats, you completed a "quest".
NPCs initiating dialogue when you got close enough, then said NPC wandering off, interrupting the conversation.
Like in all recent BioWare titles: terribly convoluted UI.

DA:I had level requirements for certain regions, and while the topic of level grinding wasn't as prevalent back then, with games like AC:Odyssey and Origins bringing this topic to the forefront do you think they should just give up on enemy leveling entirely? I think I would like it if area unlocks and moving between them was a matter of story and choice rather than a hard level requirements. To that end, I think levels should mostly be about getting more tools to play around with rather than increase in raw power, and leave power to weapons and armor...but only if you also implement an equipment glamour system that lets you put another item's looks on top of your equipped armor's stats. And have enemies of the same type share power level across all zones, rather than arbitrarily bandits in the first area you visit being weaker than the last one. So I guess do enemies and level sort of like Andromeda? Minus everything getting way too easy once you hit a certain level (I would blame that on passives getting stronger with more points you put in the tree)

- Running a massive organization that is chained to a set of ideals that I don't actually have any ability to influence and that is shackled to the cause of protecting institutions I would rather see collapse.
- Bianca (unless it's so I can kill her)
- Enemies being condensed down into bland, interchangeable categories so all enemy factions feel the same. Granted that isn't exactly a problem unique to inquisition but still.
- A contrived plot device that allows the characters to defeat the big bad by essentially reading the script to determine his weakness. Well of Sorrows, more like Well of Bad Writing.
- Any further shitting on the Grey Wardens.
- Cole.

Never hated, an this probably sound weird, but i disliked every npc, not there personality or who they was but how they all looked including the PC.
DA:I was a beautiful game but, for me, it was populated by npc that looked like they never belonged, if your going to make great enviroments the character models need to be on par, DA:I failed on this, the character models never received as much attention as the world an it showed tbh

Combat - Dai had the least enjoyable combat of all the Dragon Age games for me. Please bring back programmable tactics, companions actually listening to my commands and holding where I tell them to hold, mages spells that aren't primal and mage specialisations that are unique instead of repackaged standard spells.
Hair - the hair in dai, both in styles and in graphic quality, was not up to the standards of the other visuals in the game. I'd like the hair to look as good as everything else in da4.
Noble-only human pcs - I dislike the lack of variety in human backgrounds, i hope humans pc in da4 have a non noble background choice.
