Sifr Thats also why I find movies like Godzilla or Cloverfield so dumb. In reality, they would have dropped a guided bunker buster missile onto the forehead of that beast. It penetrates up to 30 meters of steel reinforced concrete before it explosives with a 1-ton warhead. In other words, the missile would have hit that beasts head and exploded it like an overripe watermelon.- Watch this (turn down the volume a little bit)

Oh we already have all sorts of fun toys to kill Dragons in seconds. Modern tech could take down any supernatural entity really.
Reminds me of the Cracked After Hours episode that brought up how Muggles could have easily defeated Voldemort;
Soren: Wizards are supernatural, what help is a Muggle going to be?
Michael: There are a bunch of us and we have helicarriers and assault rifles. We killed Hitler, Hussein and Houdini. Do you really think we couldn't nuke "Volterman" into next week? Katie: He has limitless dark power. Michael: That he has to aim through a wand. We can shoot people with a thousand rockets... from Space... with iPhones. One does not even need to come up with all that much of a sophisticated tech solution. I once encountered a fan fiction that had the Death Eaters and Order of the Phoenix basically fighting each other with small arms after both sides adopted magic-resistant armor. My personal headcanon take on the Battle of Hogwarts had, besides Hagrid employing an enormous home-made crossbow/ballista, a few people reckon that the Death Eaters, being mage supremacists, would not know about how to deal with guns, so they bring some good old hunting rifles and take potshots from the battlements.

Dragon Age weaponary does not seem to possess any issues piercing the scales of a high dragon. Therefore, Mass Effect troops should not be in too much trouble on that front. Flemeth would be better off relying on spells leaning on hax territory to slay her foes.
