I've noticed a growing trend over the last several years for helmets or masks which completely abandon windows or holes for your actual biological eyes and are like "yeah let's just completely 100% put our entire faith in an augmented reality camera stream of my surroundings instead."
"GET RID OF THESE CAR WINDOWS AND WINDSHIELD COMPLETELY BECAUSE I HAVE THE CAMERAS."
Like "I totally trust making my personal safety in combat situations 100% dependent on sensitive electronic components probably marginally more robust than a standard PS4 glued to my face which, if damaged in any way, would jeopardize my life because I'd be f***ing blind in the middle of a battlefield."
Congratulations, you look cool.

Well, obviously their electronic components are more robust than that otherwise they wouldn't use them. Also, if your helmet is damaged and you cant see a thing you can always remove/replace the helmet. Can't replace your face. "GET RID OF THESE CAR WINDOWS AND WINDSHIELD COMPLETELY BECAUSE I HAVE THE CAMERAS." "Windows are structural weaknesses."
