It's a low population count in DAIMP. Your best bet is starting a game on Threatening and waiting for people to drop in.

People are still playing DAMP on PC. Like Kino said, try and join Threatening difficulty as that is where most new/newish players will be found. Make sure you download all of the free multiplayer DLC packs because if you don't have them installed, you can't play with those who do thus limiting your pool of players down to almost nothing.

Most days it isn't too difficult to find a lobby (being sure to do as xrayspex73 noted, and dl/install all the free MP DLC). Often, people will join you shortly, if you start a public lobby yourself. Assuming your internet is decent. Though I will say, that some peoples less-than-stellar connections, can cause some quite funny glitches - last night I had a floating Knight's Second to the RIGHT of Belinda's sword arm. :-S (rofl) |

Yeah when I started playing it (early 2015), my friends that were playing basically stopped a couple weeks later and went back to ME. Still played a fair amount until the fall though.
Basically grinding dragons was what finally turned me off of it. I have played a couple campaigns since then though.

Maybe I'll give it a try again in two weeks (when I get back home).. it just wasn't as good as the me3 one and non of my friends wanted to play it. At the moment however I am looking forward to play anything that isn't Terarria (which is sadly the only game of my Steam library that works on my shitty laptop)

Where? Where? Why? You want to carry under-promoted pugs? Only yes! Last night we were on a public perilous match. The 3 of us could easily go on to NM but one PUG keeper was with us. I debated for 3 seconds and went into NM FC. You know I thought, he will probably just park some where and we just have to look out for him should be good. But no, we got a fearless keeper with us! He was everywhere and casting barrier left and right. At one point in map 3 I saw him run around with 3 RT assassins chasing after him. And then at map 4, I saw him in the red under the tower.. and thought.. whew.. he will be safe there. Next thing I knew he was running around me in the middle of the map casting barrier. He didn't fade in map 5 even though he was chased by dragonlings. That dude/gal is awesome!  |
