I went to a trip a week ago, so I found some opportunity to watch movies on TV! Another good movie about corruption! 7.5/10 A Tom Hanks classic. 8/10

Angry politically incorrect birds living in a politically correct bird society are forced to be reeducated! Meanwhile pig invaders come in the disguise of a entertainers and refugees. These pigs look like Americans, but that's just a twist! In an exciting journey the Angry Birds battle the Pigs... Quite an interesting plot and story for such a simple franchise! Some funny moments and overall good. 7/10

Re-watched The Breakfast Club again. God, I'll never stop loving this movie. It has its flaws, but fuck that, it's awesome anyway.

Anybody else see "Arrival" and think, when we first saw just the bottom halves of the aliens' bodies, "Holy crap, it's the Reapers!"?

Last night I actually watched Animal House for the first time. I know, I know, I've seen it come up on TV a few times, but I figured I needed to see it non-butchered first.
There are definitely some hilarious bits--some genuine, some of them coming from me thinking, "So THAT'S where that reference comes from!"

Our 4 year old son LOVES Frozen. ...When he's a bit older you should show em the Hunchback of Notre Dame. For a four year old, their brain is too unformed to grasp the meaning of most of it, little lone any historical significance, which admittedly is butchered all to hell for the animated film version but still. Its very tolerable for a musical, even to my ears. Maybe because it mixes the garbage singing segments with some truly good orchestral score that was done solely for the film.

Eh Hunchback of Notre Dame is in that dark age region of Disney's canon. I just could not get into that movie at all. Heck the Brave Little Toaster is a superior film with inferior animation quality.

Eh Hunchback of Notre Dame is in that dark age region of Disney's canon. I was just talking about the music. ._. Which is actually half decent to my ear.

I loved Kubo and the Two Strings. It's easily my favorite animated film this year.
