I essentially want a Falessan to romance in DA4. But someone who was a neutral party when it was all going down, who then proceeded to dislike Solas intensely as he lived in the new world; or dream lived it. Only to find out that the Dread Wolf has risen again, except this time he's going to step in and stop him. Because as much as he dislikes Solas for ending the old world, he doesn't think Solas should succeed in ending the world he'd brought about either. So, the Ancient Elven equivalent to Crowley from Good Omens then?
Someone who hadn't meant to become a rebel in the first place, but hung out with the wrong people and had their side picked for them. They don't want Solas to succeed, not because they necessarily like this world, but realise that restoring their world risks unleashing the Evanuris and starting the war all over again.

So, the Ancient Elven equivalent to Crowley from Good Omens then? Or simply one of those elves from the Ancient Library who actually did manage to survive the cataclysm but shared the sentiment of the voice we heard saying: "If I ever get out of here I'm going to kill Fen'Harel." Not exactly heartbroken at the loss of the Evanuris but really pissed when the world dropped out from under them, literally. They could even have been a supporter of the Dread Wolf but didn't sign on for the carnage he created. Still like the elves in Where the Willows Wail, they got on with making the best of the "inevitable and troubling freedom" they were committed to, without any help from their leader, only for him to turn up after his snooze and announce that he'd had second thoughts. I can imagine them responding: "You have got to be kidding me!"

Solas dealing with dissent in his ranks from some of his awakened original followers. As you said, some might feel used upon discovering everything they did was for nought, while others could come to feel like Felassan did, that maybe their leader should be prevented from making another costly mistake, because his next attempt to "fix" the world, might make things even worse.
