My RPG group started a D&D 5th edition recently, and I'm playing a Druid. I'm loving it, and would like to make that character in the next Dragon Age game. So, I would love for Shapeshifter to make a comeback. If done right could be a really fun build. Blood Mage should be a no brainer, as Blood Magic doesn't have such a bad reputation in Tevinter. For Rogues, the Tempest was really fun. I liked the Bard as well, and was bummed that it didn't feature in Inquisition, as the Orlaisian setting would be a great fit for it. Also, I hope we can unlock secret specializations with quests, like the Arcane Warrior from Origins! Speaking of which, another variation is a given.

Dunno if you've played that game, but it has sort of options you seem to be interested in.

Mage: Shapeshifter, Blood Mage, Necromancer, Spirit Healer Rogue: Legionnaire Scout, Ranger, Tempest Warrior: Spirit Warrior
I would also love to see a new specialization for Fog Warriors. It certainly sounds like they would have unique talents.
