Just wanted to see if this was something that could be fixed... it'll certainly be a big time saver when it starts getting busy. When I copy/paste tweets into to this MB I noticed a couple of things. 1. The @ Twitter account for the poster (eg. BioWare@bioware) does not turn into a link when pasting here. 2. Images won't paste directly. You have to find the link of the image, then use the Insert Image function to place it. For example: This is what I get when I copy/paste a tweet here... BioWare @bioware Aug 2 "You have as much time as I have arrows" Leliana by Qis bit.ly/2apQ0LQ #DragonAge And the result I get when I copy/paste onto the BSN Prime boards... BioWare@bioware converts to a link and the image pastes without having to separately use the "Insert Image" function. Again, if this is something that can be fixed, it would be a huge help. Thanks! |

It's not too different, though makes me wonder if there's a plug-in that actually deals with Twitter links. What would really be cool is if you do what the Twitter app does which, when pasting in a tweet link, it actually displays what the tweet is, picture preview included.

sounds like a BBCode matter. something probably needs to be changed on the Admin level for links and images to work like on the BW Forums

I was thinking it should be nixed, but it would be cool if the Twitter links just worked.Aside: it does work with just the link! I just didn't check.  I hate when i do this. |

I noticed one other minor hiccup in trying to copy/paste a tweet from the Discussion Thread to the Archive Thread.
It won't copy the images or keep any formatting unless you first view the tweet in BBCode and copy/paste that. It'd be nice (for the sake of expediency) to be able copy/paste straight from the threads.
