YAY! MORE HOODED JAAL! 
I gotta finish my art still >.>

I'm not really bothered with facial animations or graphics or whatever, as long as the story is good. I always feel like it's the story that matters. Take Skyrim, for example - I originally started playing on console, and the graphics were never anything to write home about, but I felt so ensnared by this world and the lore that it didn't matter. I've put over 1000 hours into that game, both on console and then on my gaming laptop (with mods, of course). The graphics were never a part of it.

I love the sylised visuals for Andromeda. I always felt that the original trilogy kind of had this grey filter over it, as though the colors were dulled down. Now though, every colour seems to pop and it seems like it's going to be brighter visually and in an atmospheric sense. As long as I can get the jist of the emotion the characters are feeling, and someone doesn't clip through the floor and then fly into space (looking at you, Bethesda ), it really doesn't matter.

Also, Bioware are animating ALIENS. Of course some of the facial animations might look a bit off.

I'm still super stoked for this game - and Jaal!

Oh, right, I forgot about that! If we stick with default names, others will address us as Sara/Scott, right? Not just "Ryder"?

No Jaal news, and no real news today.

It is a Sunday. 

But I helped a cat get out from a wheelie bin it was trapped inside today, so there is that.

Why is that a spoiler? Wasn't this part of the 2nd Cinematic trailer?

The picture was a bit large, so I just thought it'd be easier on everyone to put in a spoiler tag instead.

Oh good thinking. Now see, if after this moment it turns out they're not available for each other I will be crushed.

I was going to name my character something original (Novari), but I realized it wouldn't seem right if she had some cool name and her brother was still called 'Scott', and I want people to refer to her by name this time round. I feel like there was more formality with Shepard, so referring to them as such made more sense within the context of their position. I feel like the Ryder twins are younger and more green, and it's just my personal preference. 

What are you planning to name your Ryder, out of interest?

I totally understand. Both of those names are awesome btw - having part of her name be Sara seems to be a good way to work around it.
