Thanks for the link! There's one guy who did a superb mod for Skyrim Interesting NPCs , and he's working on another one for Fallout 4 (and he also did an hilarious radio mod for FO4).I did a bit of QA on the Fallout 4 npcs/quests mods , and I try to promote his work because I can't understand why this guy doesn't have a job in the gaming industry. No, seriously.At worst his work needs a bit of editing especially the oldest stuff he did , but I'm puzzled. So here's his blog : 3dnpc.com/

Writing within the parameters of the game you are working on is a pretty big skill, that is what stands out in many cases I would assume. A lot of people have great ideas for stories and characters, making them in a video game is far tougher. (See many modules created for NWN with the toolset)
