I have 1 Cassandra romance (was good but I don't feel like doing that again) 1 Josephine romance (same)
1 attemptet Iron Bull romance (7th playthrough.. the hinterlands finally killed me and I deleted my char, might try again in the future) 1 Cullen romance (I think about doing that one again) 2 Solas romances (I really want to do that again)
I guess there is a winner for me.

Cassandra and Josephine are my two favorite romances. My number one for DA:I is Cass. Josie is the fairy tale princess and it just never really feels like a sincere effort on her part. She just seems to be playing a role rather than falling in love. Her romance feels... incomplete to me. Cassandra has a shell around her that you have to earn your way through and once you do, she is all in. She dedicates herself to her causes and her love. In my case, it makes my Inquisitor feel he must try harder and prove himself worthy of such love. Everyone else... not so much. Cullen is a good second on the devotion scale. Just depends on the Inquisitor I guess.

Blackwall is going to be my next romance. I've played all the other romances except Cullen, probably will skip him. GDL has an incredibly sexy voice so Solas is my favorite LI (3X). Sera has the best romance though, with rooftop kisses, sexy love scene, nervous marriage proposal, and a sweet wedding.

I've tried nearly everyone in DAI except Beardy, Solas and Dorian. Played more runs with a fem inky so Sera was romanced more than the others.
DAO- Leliana is the only option I can't not pick, tried others but I don't enjoy em as much as her.
DA2- Eh, haven't played it in ages, can't remember, Isabela I think *shrugs*

It's become a tradition for me with DA games to make my first playthrough as a gay character, so it was Zevran, Fenris, and Dorian. On subsequent playthroughs I definitely end up the most with Alistair, Fenris, and Solas. I tend to get stuck playing the same romance with different characters when I find one that I really like, so in DAI so far I've only done Dorian and Solas. As a matter of fact, I'm just now realizing I've only done two romances for all the games (Zev and Alistair, Merrill and Fenris, Dorian and Solas). I'm planning to do a Qunari run with Sera, though, and I'd like to see what the rest of the DAI romances are like at some point - this game seems to have the most interesting and varied romances of the three DAs.

Female Lavellan - Solas Female Trevelyan - Cullen Female Adaar - Sera Male Trevelyan - Cassandra
Those are my inqiuisitors so far. My next will be a female dwarf who will romance either Blackwall or Josephine. I rarely repeat romances. Solas is my favorite one. But I can't bring myself to romance Solas with other Lavellans than my canon. They are so perfect, it just feels wrong. If I were to repeat a romance in Inquisition it would most likely be Cullen.

My most common romances are Zevran and Alistair (DA:O), Fenris and Anders (DA2), Dorian and Cullen (DA:I). I do want to try the other romances in Inquisition, especially Cassandra's, because it's romantic and sweet all at once (my favourite kind), but Dorian keeps charming my male quizzies. XD

My favorite overall romance is Zevran, no question. In DAI I've completed the Blackwall romance, which I liked. I definitely will do the IB romance, since he seemed fit characterwise with Zevran. I have started a Cullen romance with my human mage, which is a bit dull. I started a Solas romance, but deleted that game (had nothing to do with egghead, I just didn't liked my character). Maybe I try again with my new elven character (her I like a lot ). If I ever play a guy, I'll go for Dorian, one of my favorite companions. If I try the Sera romance, than only with a non-elf character, otherwise, it would be a bit masochistic, I guess - the worst I could imagine, would be romancing Sera with a elven mage And to complete the games: in DA2 I liked Anders and Isabella. But Isa only once, I do find her a bit ridiculous claiming to be a good duellist and then running into battle in undergear. I only took her serious after discovering the mod, where you can give companions other clothes.

Romanced Dorian and that's it. I never do all the romance anyway, I have no-nos when it comes to romance even virtual ones it seems. DAO romanced Alistair and once Morrigan. DA2 Fenris and Isabela (really liked Isabela with my goofy carefree Hawke)
DAI I also like Sera romance but I don't like the Inquisitor dynamics with her all that much. For strange reasons I feel like the female Inqui (and male inqui too from time to time ) has a stick up the butt and isn't all that fun or quirky. So I prefer Sera with Dagna. Still I wish I wouldn't feel that way because imho Sera is the best romance of DAI .

I've only Romanced Solas and Cullen. I can't bring myself to romance anyone else. I really want to make a male character to romance Dorian with, but I just haven't done it yet. I was playing a Quinari to romance Iron Bull with but I got bored. I am currently on my third Solas romance play through.. I just love that dread wolf to pieces!!!

The bolded is why I can't bring myself to do a Sera romance. Elfy thing aside, I just can't create, in my head, the right kind of personality for an Inquisitor to have so the romance would make sense. To me, an Inqui that quirky or carefree would be a terrible Inqui.

DAO: Zevran by default I guess but only because the only romance I ever completed was Zevran's in one run. In other playthroughs I did a bunch of flirts with everyone but never did the full romances.
DA2: Isabela. I romanced Fenris and Merrill too, but Isabela always wins me back.
DAI: Iron Bull, though I'm not sure if it counts because I tend to just re-run my canon Inquisitor with him. Tried other romances just to see them, but I find it tougher to RP a unique personality for multiple characters in DAI which tends to hamper my investment, so aside from quick (well, as quick as Inquisition can be) romance experiment runs I mostly stick to my canon Quiz.

I paired srs Fenris with snarky Hawke, so I find it easy to flip the tables and romance goofy Sera with my stoic Lady Inq.

My Cadash was down-to-business and wasn't very goofy or anything like that, she choice Sera as a lover for her mostly positive attitude and for amusement, although I do see the later poster's point though.

DAO: I only romanced Zevran, so, Zevran DA2: FENRIS BY FAR though I also love Isabela DAI: I don't have a favorite since our choices became limited again; Bull will be my canon. If our choices had been unlimited it would've been Solas; I could see myself playing the game 10 times and never romancing anyone else!

Both of the playthroughs that I have completed were lovers of Cassandra. She is by far my most favorite character. Her strong nature and her drive to do good for the world; even refusing power to achieve that is what made me fall in love with her. Cassandra is also very beautiful so that is a plus

I haven't finished all the romances in DAI yet. I'm on pt #5 and have romanced Dorian, Iron Bull, Cullen, Blackwall and currently Solas. Fave = Dorian was my first because I wasn't sure I'd like it and thought to get it out of the way, since my first pt is always more to get a feel for the game. Maker, I love Dorian, I mean Daikeer Lavellan loves Dorian. I haven't decided whether a human or a qunari will romance him next. Fave = Cullen ties with Dorian. My 3rd IQ, Jasmine Trevelyan is a mage who felt more comfortable with templars than mages and was drawn to him from the first. She's rather shy, sweet, and naive so he was a good match for her, imo. He makes her feel safe. They got married in Trespasser. I already know one of my future pt's will be a cheerful, perky elven rogue who starts with Solas because, hey, he's another elf, but doesn't have time for his draw-you-in/push-you-away drama. Blackwall is another one I like. My Adaar romanced him, and I plan on another pt w/ an older Trevelyan female, one of similar age. Iron Bull was meh. I really thought I would enjoy 'riding the Bull' but after going through it I realize I like him more as a buddy. Solas is my LI currently. UGH UGH UGH (don't hate me for my opinions, I know there are many Solasmancers out there). I find it tiresome getting through the game with him as my LI. At least the above 4, when I return to Skyhold, I can take a moment with them. With Solas, there's no opportunity to chit-chat or take a walk outside of designated romance scenes. Yes, I was one of those people who always kissed my LI back in camp in DAO. The lack of 'kiss me again' scenes in DA2 didn't bother me too much, but something about the Solas romance is making my current pt tedious in the extreme. And it's not because he leaves at the end of Inquisition or Trespasser. I'm looking forward to Sera, Cassandra, and Josephine, probably in that order. I will do them before the other future pt's already mentioned. In DA2 most of my Hawke's romanced either Anders or Fenris, maybe Anders a little more. Merrillmance was okay. I'm not sure that I don't like Isabela the most, she's less one-note in Act 3. Although, I do really enjoy the banter resulting from Fenris -->Isabela -->Anders. DAO? Alistair is my favorite. I tell the hubby its because they're similar. Zevran is a close second, but I did enjoy Leliana and Morrigan as well.

My first romance, and canon inquisitor is female elf rogue (double sword) who roamcned Solas. I can't help it, it felt somehow natural. Painful, but natural for that character. I usually go for a new romance at every run: second run, female Qunari mage with Iron Bull, than a male Elf for Cassandra, and lastly a female elf mage for Cullen.
I have three other run unfinished: a male warrior Qunari to romance Josephine, and a male dwarf, always warrior, for Dorian. I have a female dwarf (archer) that I wanted to romance with Blackwall...but the spark is not there, just like with Sera. I can't find in myself to romance either. I think this dwarfette will end up alone or with Bull. The run is still at the early stages, I'll see after finisching Josie and Dorian's run.
As it is now, The romances I liked more, and I have done more than one time is Solas, since I played the elf rogue two times (frst run and later a completionist "perfect" conon run with all the story DLCs and no but to lock out Dorian's quest =_= )

DAO: Zevran DA2: Anders/Fenris DAI: I dont know yet. I have a Lavellan with Dorian, a m!Adaaar with Iron Bull, a Lavellan for Solas (why Solas not romanced with male... eh), and one finished game (Trevelyan) with Cassandra. + I have a M!Trevelyan alone (yet). I have not decided yet, probably Bull (or Dorian – but I dont like Dorian's shamelessly stereotypical backstory.) This game is too long...
