So I've been trying DA:I out for a little bit on my PC, and noticed a pretty big problem. It lags. It doesn't crash thankfully, but it does have this really noticeable lag to the system. Truthfully, I don't think it's the computer's fault, it's most likely the settings I have in my game's options. Can you guys recommend me to the optimal game settings to running DA:I more smoothly? I'm not particularly worried about high graphics or textures, but if there is a setting that allows a smooth run with good graphics, that would be much appreciated.
I have a Windows 10 Operating System with AMD Radeon Graphic Card, if that helps.

Well without really knowing how much horsepower you have, just some general comments:
Textures: Fade Touched actually seems a little better to me than Ultra because the actual textures are the same, but FT uses a larger cache in GPU ram. Supposed to be for cards with 3gb ram or better.
Shadows: Higher res shadows look a little better, but they do cost a bit. I have this on medium. Would consider turning it down as far as you can stand.
Tesselation: Pretty big performance penalty. I actually just turned it to off, which does make some areas of the ground noticeably flat (rocky places with little stones), but Low and Medium isn't much better for me visually.
Post Process: Motion Blur, Depth of Field Blur - I have it set to off, but I think it still does some anyway.
Ambient Occlusion: Set this to Off as well for more fps. Some of the materials don't look as nice, oh well.
Post Process AA: I run low, although I considered Off and forcing it through Radeon Settings.
MSAA: Off
Effects: If you are predominantly getting big fps drops in combat, this is probably the setting. I have read some guides and comments acting like High looks as good as Ultra, but that has not been my experience. Flame and Ice effects look about the same, but Electric effects looked noticeably worse. That said, High gives noticeably higher fps when you are trying to render a lot of them on the screen.
Many of the other settings didn't seem to really affect fps a lot for me (specifically Terrain, Vegetation, Water), or I have them set to Ultra because they help make the game look good (Mesh). What will work for you may be totally different than me though, and depends on what hardware you have, what resolution, and what fps is acceptable.
edit: Also should mention since it might be worthwhile...
When I first started playing this game I had 8gb ram @ 1600 (dual channel) which I suppose is adequate. But upgrading to 16gb did improve a few of the fps drops (like I would get walking around Haven, for example, which I assumed were things being loaded). I didn't notice all that much difference between 16gb at 1600mhz and 16gb at 2133mhz though (it was rated at the latter, but I tested it a little at 1600 just to see if I could tell much of a difference).
