Sync kills are a thing watching teawrex atm and he confirmed it awhile ago but haven't personally seen them. As for stun lock I don't know but if you play well you wont have to worry about that.

Loved it in ME3 was happy that Gears 4 added it and now they choose to remove it. I was looking forward to this.

They probably couldn't figure out how to make it work with the new cover system Yes that makes sense I started of playing Gears 1 and 2 before I ever played Mass EFfect 2. I loved the gameplay of 2 so much because it was so similar to my other favourite series. I just hope they don't change gameplay too drastically. |

The kett guy with the orb has one. It's pretty cool. Grabs you with that orb ball thing and then slowly collapses it crushing you. Haven't found a stun-lock but god I hate that guy with the orb.
