maybe I'm doing something wrong, but it seems like a bug to me. I was looking for the source of Periphona's signal - found the place, killed a few kett, scanned some debris and found the transponder.
But now I'm stuck, because game won't let me interact with it. I have objective indication right above it, but can't do anything. Scanning also doesn't work.
Tried fast travel to nearest forward station, get to the location again, but with the same result. Loading game didn't help and also closing the game entirely didn't help too (helped me with similar problem on Eos before)
Anyone had the same problem?

. GG BioWare, now I have to lost my last 2 hours of progress and do it all again, but without sniping anyone from distance.
