The difference between those two pics is like night and day, perfect example that you should NOT accept your physical deficits and become complacent but work on them. Great job. But this is not your final form, next step is hitting the gym to improve even more.

First I want to get myself down to 150 lbs. That's my ideal weight for me. Then I start trying to seriously tone myself. Trying being the operative word there.
Congrats dude, it's easy to see the difference and your face has a very kind and gentle quality to it. Join up for a sport you like or a martial arts gym. It'll help tone your body, raise your confidence, and you might meet a bunch of cool people. I personally would recommend BJJ or boxing. Also, a nice haircut works wonders (scissors on top with trimmers on the side, maybe a fade). Good luck out there champ, get them ladies swooning!

Great idea. Sadly, I don't have the time for it. Any workout I do, has to be done on my own. 4, consecutive, 14 hour days, sucks as a shift.
Remember, a large portion of having a healthy physique is diet/nutrition, so as long as you aren't stuffing yourself with twinkies and chugging sugary drinks by the barrel load, you're doing alright.

Ah well, what can you do?
What you can do is invest in weight lifting equipment so you don't have to drive to the gym every day. This is SUCH a time saver. I've been an avid weight lifter for 15 years now but let me tell you, without a quasi-gym at home I would not have the time to work out at all except on weekends. I work out 2 hours 5-6 days a week, that would impossible if I had to drive to my nearest gym. (Not to mention, my nearest gym does not have enough weight plates for me to actually train hard, but thats another issue LOL)
And you don't need any machines, just two dumbbells, a barbell and a fuckload of weights. I can help you with setting this up if you want.

Yea, that's my current plan. First, I get down to my goal weight of 150. Then I start trying to figure out how to work out at home. I have a treadmill and a bow-flex knockoff called the 'cross bow'. I figure I can try to start there.

This is looking down into the river valley. Edmonton is essentially split in two by a river. On the north side of the river is downtown with most of the large buildings and financial area and such. The south side of the river is more residential and artsy and has the University. I live on the south side. It is about a 2 mile ride to this point in my journey. I am about to cycle down the hill and cross the river on the big white bridge. When I cross the bridge to the north side of the river I will make an immediate right hand turn and go along the bike paths heading east.
I am now on the white bridge. This image is taken looking east looking downstream at the North Saskatchewan river.
The bike trails follow along just a stones throw from the river but some of them wind through the trees.
There are a number of parks or view points along the river valley bike trail system. This is one of them, the boat in the back ground is a paddle wheeler that takes short trips on the river and hosts parties and events. (I once went to a Halloween party on that boat)
After a long ride east along the river I headed back west, went past the bridge I crossed on the way down and another bridge before crossing back to the south side of the river. I stopped at a park and filled up the water bottle and then had to tackle the up hill part going out of the river valley. This image is about 2/3 of the way up this hill. The hill is moderately steep but is pretty long so the legs are tired and the heart is beating like a bongo drum by the time I get to the top. It is about another 2 miles of flat terrain riding to get home from the top of the hill.
And there you have it, a slightly longer than typical Beerfish in the city bicycle day trip. I left home at 11:45 and and then got back home by about 2:30 pm
