What do you put on the Hakkon Bow? I've just replaced my old 30% crit chance upgrade for 32% attack. I have 150 cunning + 16 cunning armor upgrades on my rogues which give me 83% crit chance, so I think it's time to switch to offensive weapon upgrades. I'm wondering if 32 dexterity or 54% crit damage are better. As far as I know, Attack and Crit Damage are equally weighted in the damage formula. 32 Dex = 16% Attack and 32% crit damage, which should mean an effective 48% damage bonus versus the 54% from crit damage alone. Dexterity would probably be better until around 95% crit chance, just so you get a little something for the attacks that don't crit.

^ Apparently not.
I just tested it by making a warrior passive grant 768 Dexterity, and was hitting for over 5k extra damage with basic 2H attacks.

So, I'm going to replace the 32% attack with 32% dexterity upgrade until I reach 100% crit chance. This also makes dual-hakkon daggers and their 200% CD bonus the best gear for SS and Duelist. Hakkon + Bosun blade for Assassin. Gonna upgrade them with yet more CD and maybe some armor penetration.

Two Hakkons would be the most damaging per attack, but I'd still prefer using a Hakkon and Bloody Bargain in general. That speed boost really is difficult to play without once you get used to it.

What about those other attributes like stun and stagger on hit or being hit? Are they worthy?

It probably would be worthwhile if the proc rate was higher. It's just a stun that lasts a few seconds, and only affects enemies in melee range who aren't immune to being stunned. You can combo with it to rupture/weaken enemies, like any stun. If the attack immobilised you, chance is they'll recover before you can exploit the effect, so it's underwhelming overall.

At one point, I put the duelist in her Antivan Dueling Leather (A little like red, white and blue), superb belt of sunder, 2 x superb rings of sundering, and turn her into...
Sunder Woman, Sunder Woman, All the world is waiting for you, And the powers you possess, In your satin tights, Fighting for your rights, And the old red, white and blue! Sunder Woman, Sunder Woman

Cooldown amulet on Duelist/Keeper: They can do fairly well without PI except when soloing... I completely forgot that you started this thread. Your keeper does wear the cooldown ammy! Funny that on keeper and duelist I went straight to the cooldown reduction passive.

Yes you've seen it first-hand how much time my keeper spent on the floor when we were duoing demon faction a few days ago. Those terrors wouldn't give me a chance to stand up Once she gets fade step/fade cloak it'll be easier to dodge the knock-downs. I find that keeper and duelist benefit greatly from cooldown of all sources. Their performance kinda hinge on keeping barrier/elusives going.
