So since ACO was doing a update last night I jumped back into Madden for the first time in ages and it went pretty well I think. Week 16 against the Steelers, I think I was in Pitsburgh. And I went off 63-23 was the final score.
So lets see: Brady had a perfect passer rating of 158.3 with four TD passes. James White went off with 230 + yards on the ground, 34 through the air, and TD runs of 70 and 80 yards. First play he broke through the line and put on a beautiful juke move on the Steelers safety. Next play he broke through the line and broke a huge tackle and then burst through into the daylight. Also Phillip Dorsett had a 60 yard punt return.
As a team I did pretty good, defense had 5 sacks. Went only 5-9 on third down which was annoying. But 3-3 on fourth down. Last one I converted they blitzed Alex Smith twice in a row and packed me way up, ran a screen which got me to fourth and eleven and I decided to risk it since the game was out of reach and well I was close to the fifty. Smith hit Dorsett for 26 yards.

More Assassin's Creed Rogue. Did a main story mission, then a small scenic detour before the next quest. That one took place in Portugal and I really enjoyed it. The scenery was nice, the set piece was pretty nifty and the story bit was interesting. Wouldn't have minded some scenic stops to take in the view during the running scene. But nope, game kept urging me to go forwards. And like, whats the rush? It's not like the world is ending. Hehe.
Not as much of a fan of the next part. Got pretty negative about it, so just going to vent here and hope it fixes things like with AC3. Putting it in spoilers, because of spoilers and nobody likes a whiner. Right Patrick? So far I think Shay's an idiot. So you take the weapon of mass destruction, sure out of the hands of people who could use it, but you have no plans to secure it and your punk ass can't even defend it. And of course you loose it because you had no plan what so ever. And the people who picked you up probably found it and are gleefully rubbing their hands at causing mayhem. You dolt. As much as I loved the outside the animus bits in the former game, they are really annoying now. Each bloody remark adds a 10 minutes of time which I will NOT be doing your bidding, so shut your damn gob. Like seriously there either needs to be a mute button on the communicator or some brutal way for her to go in the end. But with my luck it will be my head on a stake. She's even already planning it. Urg. Back inside the animus wasn't much better either. I pushed the damn counter button so counter you little twit. I bet the artifact wouldn't have caused the disaster if anyone but Shay had touched it. Incompetent idiot. The stalker stuff is also annoying. Knew something like that was coming which is why I lollygagged so much in the beginning. Which I'm very grateful because the rate of them are ridiculous. And each more pathetic. But incompetence can sometimes succeed if you pile up enough of it. So the gang fortresses are super annoying. Because now you have a prick with a gun in the group. Who always spots me. And then Patrick adds the cherry on top BY NOT BLOODY REACTING. Making an easy kill into his own death. Which might have been okay if it at least looked more painful. But I guess making him jump off towers will have to do. So yeah. I don't like him very much.
(Did write down the vent in the middle of the session and it helped a lot, still miffed but starting to sympathize. Going to leave the first draft in, because it helped so much with AC3. So moar positivism in the future? *Imoen fistbump*)
So with that over: Positive stuff. I like the renovations. Nice to fix up houses to make things look nicer and not just because I want to dominate the market place. Using materials makes sense, but why can't I just buy them? He's all crying about how he killed so many innocents, yet is perfectly fine with sinking a ship which is most likely full of conscripted men, who have family and loved ones at home, just because he can't support the land economy. Granted also learned that purging towns of French people also works, so guess he can do it on land, but I don't think the innocent being harmed any less. Especially since I like to use berserk darts and these make them also attack civilians. So... I also like how they've added little fast travel points near most of the unmarked collectibles out at sea. So you just have to swim one way and then get a ride back. Because swimming back always seemed to take for ever in the other games. And also the water is pretty cold. He might loose his toes. The ship upgrades are pretty nice. But I'm having problems sticking the succubus figurehead on the ship. It just wants the wolf one. But like, the other one has a succubus. And the sails actually look nice and new. Not torn and dirty like most of the Black Flag ones seemed to be. And I did like how the first fort commander was dealt with. Or well who he was and that he actually put up a fight. Didn't care much for Shay's snivelling. Again, not all of the soldiers had an option being there. Most of them were pretty nice to you when you last visited. And now you're stabbing them. Granted no such luxuries in the other forts, but at least the commanders put up a some sort of fight instead of just standing there with their hands up in surrender. And I do like the new first mate. He's a hoot! Even though he celebrates alone. And the outfits are real pretty. And Turkeys! Which you can't stab. Not that I tried or anything... Haven't gone harpooning yet, but somehow I don't think Patrick will go shirtless. Don't even think he has a tattoo. He has got hair, so maybe that will keep him warm? Guess I'll find out in the next session. So TL:DR. Lollygagging ahoy with a smattering on main questing.

Those Stalkers were kind of fun to start with but they got tiresome very fast and I enjoyed finding them before they found me and sleep darting them then killing them. So do you prefer The Morrigan or The Jack Daw? Has the Morrigan been fully upgraded yet, the last upgrade to her Ram makes her look great. I hated that scene in Portugal with the running, it seemed to go on for about half an hour. I never warmed to Shay the way I did with Connor and Edward but I did like playing as a Templar for a change and the story gets better as the game gets closer to the end I think.

Running bounties in Diablo 3 looking for the last elusive cultist page I need. Stupid RNG. No, game, I don't need a 500th copy of page 2 when what I'm missing is page 4. If/when I finally get it, I'll head back to 'old Tristram' for more unique enemies to add to my kill list. Still using the Necromancer. His current armor makes him look like a goth punk rocker, complete with cool shades.

Well I almost finished AC Odyssey today. I cleaned up the last of the black and gold side quests, but if I have to set foot on tiny islands I have no reason to visit just to have it tell me 100%, then I won't bother. Overall I loved the game, and Kassandra. The ending was a bit underwhelming, and I never got the ending I was trying for. (Save and reunite my family) I must have given a wrong answer somewhere in my 104 hours. The game was rock solid stable for all but one day, where it crashed constantly until I did a complete reinstall. I only found two bugs, but the one that left me as a modern day woman with no quest maker and no dialogue to tell me what I was supposed to be doing was super annoying. The other with the daughters of Artemis going hostile sometimes and not others, was only mildly annoying, but they did know I was their leader when I needed the key to the Medusa cave. I managed to get right through without learning the basic controls, I still don't know how to make her let go of the wall and just drop down. I had to reload saved games a couple of times when I climbed up to places I didn't know how to climb down from. Also, if I ever threw flaming javelins, it was by accident.

olnorton, that made me laugh! AC can be that way, at times. They always have to fiddle with the control layout between installments. It’s silly. You can pause the game and view the controls. I finally did so halfway through my first PT because I realized I didn’t really know how to trigger fire attacks consistently in naval combat. It was super easy and well designed, but I’d been hard-headed and simply free-styled it for 70 hours.

Congrats on finishing the game. The game is great and Kassandra is my favourite female protagonist of any game I have played, she is not perfect but for the most really does a great job. If you haven't seen this video it is of her and the guy that voices Alexios answering twitter questions. Gives a good insight into their personalities: In regards to the ending it all comes down to a few choices in game and the choices you make in the conversation with Deimos when you are in Jail.
I had to do the conversation with Deimos 4 times to get it right. You should have asked re the letting go, its "C" that makes her move down or drop from a safe distance. There is also no fall damage so no need to climb down cliffs just jump off.

Kassandra is great, and I like Alexios even better. Michael and Melissanthi are so .... adorable. I’m not sure I’ve ever described a dude that way, but it’s how I was inclined to describe Melissanthi, so fair is fair. They seem to have become good friends during their working together. Both seem like really cool people.

ATLAS Mini-galleon was sunk because someone released it too soon from the shipyard. Ships locked in the shipyard cannot be destroyed but becomes vulnerable once released. When I logged in, the little base was under attack. The schooner was lost, another sloop was sunk and I was killed by a fire arrow as I was standing at the shipyard to get some bearing on what's going on. We were told to get out of there with the last ship before the attacking group come back with more tar. We did. The sloop however, was rigged with tiny sails. Whoever made it did not take into account that there are better sails so we took quite some time to reach the new base. Once there, we repaired the sloop, replaced the sails, stocked up and went on a resource run to collect sap. We encountered large spiders and large ants We brought back a lot of sap. Company leader is still recruiting though all recruits will now go to the old base until they've proven they're trustworthy. The storage, doors, crafting tables are grade level locked at the new base. I've to open doors for those whose grade level in the company is too low. I feel like a doorman.

Playing right now Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, and damn, there's a character I really hate, and his name is Agate. They tried to make it a tsundere, but they just forgot the cute part, he is basically just a jerk. He hits kids, calls you incompetent everytime he sees you (yet he is the most incompetent prick in the whole Bracer guild) and is basically a bully jerk to everyone. He even takes an investigation away from you claiming you are too "emotionally invested". He ends up doing nothing and you have to clean his mess and solve the case for him. And yet the game doesn't give me the choice to slap him on the face and tell him to shut up. No, the characters actually act as if his behavior was acceptable. Damn, I really hate this character! Not only that, in combat he is actually the worst character on the whole group. I'm loving the game though

I climbed on top of Zeus's penis and it's not everyday I can type out a sentence like that. I think his voice is ever so slightly cheesy/douchey, but it actually makes him awesome. It’s slight enough that it’s not annoying to me. He’s just one of those people that makes you think, “is this dude for real?”, yet is an awesome person. Don’t we all know a person like that? I think he’s awesome in the tense and/or emotional moments, and absolutely hilarious when being snarky, funny or humorously indignant. He is a tremendous smartass. They did a great job animating each protagonist to match the VA deliveries. Alexios’ annoyed eyerolls always make me smile and laugh. I strongly prefer Alexios as the protagonist, as I just find him more believable. I slightly prefer Melissanthi/Kassandra‘s VA in her alternate role. She’s a great Kassandra, but I really like Alexios as the lead. You'll have to let us know how you like it as you progress. We have a non-spoiler thread that should be safe to visit. The spoiler thread is obviously rife with spoilers, so enter at your own peril.

dazk I prefer the Jack Daw in combat, but I might be being unfair since I think I beelined for it's upgrades where I could, wheres in Rogue I'm renovating more. But I think the Morrigan looks nicer. Kinda feels as a bit of a trophy ship you would spend hours of polishing the wood and making sure everything was top notch. Just ignore the fact that my plan for docking is just ramming it into a rock and leaving the first mate to deal with it. Hehe. Also never ended up fully upgrading her. Mostly because I found getting materials annoying, especially metal. And she felt so weak in naval combat I didn't feel like doing more of it than I had to, so why waste resources into upgrading something I don't like using. Sailing wise I preferred the Jack Daw, mostly because there were more open waters and most of the activities out at sea opened up pretty early. Morrigan has such narrow space to sail about and I'm not really buying Shay as the harpooning, ship sinking fellow. Since he cares so much about the innocents, would he really enjoy causing a painful and prolonged death to massive sea creatures who are mostly just guilty of being alive? And eating loads of fish I guess. I mean those mammals are even super polite about never lunging up under the boat, just tastefully displaying their features to the side of it. So like, there isn't much drive to sail at all except to get between places is what I'm getting at. So basically I do prefer the Jack Daw in general since the game that it was in lent itself more to using it. But on the other hand, I've spend far more time exploring the land in Rogue, where as in Black Flag I pretty much stopped exploring islands after reaching Kingston unless a quest put me there. And was very surprised at the fact that the plot never led me to Sacrifice Island. Because the name at least sounds like an ideal ending spot. --- So what was done to day. More Assassin's Creed Rogue. Collected the last scrap from River Valley and got a fancy new armor. Or well, let's just call it new armor. Reminds me too much of the sentinels in DAI. Can´t for the life of me remember where that Viking Sword was supposed to be. But my normal sword seems to be just one stat lower or something. And still a piece of junk, so. "Do you believe you can best me traitor?!" The target says, then crashes the bloody game when he's about to die. But joke's on you, you reset the puckle gun! Also that moment when there is supposed to be touching scene but you don't care about anyone in it. Good times. So had a dream in real life about Kenway and Patrick meeting a few days ago. It was way different, but do remember also dreaming about wanting to post it here (in the dream) waking up realizing it never happened, fell asleep again dreamt the same scene and again thinking about posting it here, waking up fully and wondering what the heck was wrong with me. But my scene had long hair and rain and not that disease ridden mongrel standing at the table. So then I was back outside the animus. And I got the sinking feeling that I would be offered a spot in the Templars as the outside Animus character. So did the server restoration, eventually, since again each bark for the lady meant 5 more minutes admiring the much more interesting urinal. Did read the email and the Dress Code sucks, but being told to "Carefully touch the fire" was hilarious. Either way, then back in the Animus and decided just to steam roll through the story because of my suspicions. Did give harpooning a go first and it was an awful experience. First, no eye candy. Probably scared of freezing off his nipples. Second, it was just sad. Poor Narwhal did nothing to me except for swim in the ocean, causing a commotion, because he was so awesome. And then main questing ahoy. Some pondering in the spoilers and probably spoilers as well. And a touch of negativity if there are any allergies. Being killed by a fire ship apparently means that you took no damage from them. Hehehe. And also found someone who didn't like Adewalé. The creator of this game. Because a simple headshot took him out and that was a sad way to go. "Have him eat an apple to make him look like even more of an asshole" line from Cinema sins kept playing in my head. Then have him toss it out at sea as well to make him a wasteful git too. The "I make my own luck" phrase got reaaal tiring in the end. You do that, but do it in silence. An otherwise cool mission made really annoying by Shays incompetence to move. Was expecting some hallucinations from the poison, but no just an annoying reminder that he can't stand on ledges, is slow and uncooperative. Meh. But the smoke was pretty. LoL at the ending. Shay stopping the calamity. You caused the one in Lisbon by grabbing that ancient artifact like the idiot you were. Archillies actually stopped. Ya know. To think. Recognized it as not an apple of Eden and if your ass hadn't floundered in there, he might have even come to the conclusion to NOT touch it at all and leave it be. Maybe post some guards. So get off your damn high horse and let Liam blow your brains out. Final memory was okay I guess. If I had a choice in the scene after the credits, I would have taken the gun. Or well ideally I'd have taken the balcony, the cold crisp air in my lungs as I speedily approached the loving embrace of Mother Earth. Final breaths free of the toxic spew from Violets mouth because I'd rather die than spend another minute in her presence. And while her voice drove me mad in this game, I didn't mind it in the others, no nothing against the voice actress. I just hate hate hate the person she was playing. So I guess she did it well. So all in all. Enjoyed the side questing and exploring. Main quest was okay, but I would have liked it more on the other side. As anyone else than the main character. Outside the animus was horrible and I hated almost every second of it. But the urinals were nice. So okay game I guess? Probably wont replay it but might pop in one day and complete the other two maps. I liked those.
And then next up to find how buggy Unity is these days.

I played NBA Jam Tournament Edition '94.
It had been a long time, my Hornets went down by 19 at some point in the second quarter, as I struggled to remember the controls.
Lost 56-51, assholes hit a cross court 3 with time expiring to embellish their score.
Much more fun to play with/against friends - maybe I'll rent one.

I recently just started playing Assasin's creed Odyssey and I've got to say I'm really loving Alexios as well. I've had a lot of people tell me his voice actor is terrible, so I picked him to see for myself and was pleasantly surprised. As for what I did in a game today? I just love Alexios. For all his gruff voice and serious, handsome face, that goofiness of his voice actor comes through and that is what makes me like Alexios so much. It gives him a personality rather than being just a nice looking face and over the top gruff voice. I'm not sure I can play the game as Kass, I think my next playthrough (someday) will be Alexios again.

dazk I prefer the Jack Daw in combat, but I might be being unfair since I think I beelined for it's upgrades where I could, wheres in Rogue I'm renovating more. And then next up to find how buggy Unity is these days. Yeah The Morrigan (love the name ) is a beauty especially when fully decked out in her upgrades but the Jack Daw, I spent so many hours over 1,000) sailing everywhere on her and so overall she is definitely my favourite. Untiy is beautiful, combat is fun and they ironed most of the bugs out over the course of a year post release. I think you'll really like Unity but Arno is a bit meh. The Morrigan The Jack Daw

Vampire Masquerade
So I figure out the sewers and get to the Haunted Hotel.
And holy hell, they did a good job. I'm a little freaked out. XD
I got pelted with vases, lights exploded. Finally went up the stair, fell through.two dark hallways. One is empty so I try to the other one only for a female figure to suddenly run across
I yell , "oh gawd" and back up to take a breather.
Pull out my bat and as I near the place O sqw he figure, the cross hairs of where two hallways meet, I swing it blindlu just in case.
Nothing. Sigh. I go left, to investigate where she came FROM first rather than following
Run.into.a door.with an ominous red light over it. I cringe and go forward.
I've locked past my skill level. Alright. Chae after ghost then.
Unlock.a.door, look around, lights exploded and I'm locked in. Oh gawd. Is something gonna pop out? @_@
But no. My vampiric stength with the baseball bat knocks out a wall.

Vampire Masquerade Locked in and finally figured out how to get out. Get key to the boiler room Every corner I have my back to the wall and my bat at the ready. I flip the switch and the whole room starts rumbling. I freak and close myself up with the switch behind some fencing, thinking something is going to come out. Nothing does so I make a run for it, cursing the whole time Electricity means elevator works. Creepy laughs, pelted with vases, doors crack open of their own accord. @_@ first bedroom has a creepy drawing, second bedroom attacks me as I blindly swing mh bat hoping to block paintings flying off the walls into my head. It's over. I look around. The wall has writing on it that wasn't there when I entered the room. "get out"

I recently just started playing Assasin's creed Odyssey and I've got to say I'm really loving Alexios as well. I've had a lot of people tell me his voice actor is terrible, so I picked him to see for myself and was pleasantly surprised. As for what I did in a game today?
