I brought the jedi to heel, by leading the 501st assault of their temple. Then I brought about a regime change on Naboo, by killing their newly elected queen, and fought a naval battle against some clone wars droid remamants. That last one had an odd ending, just capture a heavy fighter, and we win! No destroying the attacking ships or anything, or capturing the ships. No, just capture the fighter. Odd. *shrugs* old game design, it has its quirks. my ps2 version of battlefront 2 didn't have these missions. And this game is still amazingly fun, don't let anyone tell you different. Kroitz, praise the sun! Never played the dark souls games myself, but I do watch a youtuber who is playing them. They seem so...depressing, to me. That said, 3 is looking interesting. so...we'll see.

That said, 3 is looking interesting. so...we'll see. What draws me in is the level- and boss designs. I just beat the dancer of the boreal valley and I think it's one of my favorite boss encounters so far. The fight happens in a dimly lit cathedral hall which slowly starts catching fire with each strike of the dancer until the walls and ground are covered in flames. The unpredictable attack patterns of her second phase kept me on my toes each attempt and it kept the fight from becoming a simple dissection of mechanics. Also, the fire keeper is bae.

In Stalker OGSE, the most fun I had in a fight was shooting at bandits, while we were all cowering in the same building from the emission raging outside. I do kinda wish the space had been bigger, for a longer gunfight. But it was enjoyable.

Just beat the Battlefront 2 Campaign. It was fun, I'm hoping the new Battlefront 2 is just as fun.
I might try to have a clone wars, or a rebel galaxy rts.

Raided a monastery, worked towards toppling a saxon king, got imprisoned, busted out killing all the guards, crashed a wedding feast, killed all the guests and stole their stuff, got romanticly involved with a witch and started planning for a trip to pictish lands. Really getting into expedition vikings. Its a bit buggy but love that there is actually a decent viking RPG. I've read about a lot of bugs, but so far I've only had two ctds. Based on my own experience I would recommend it to anyone who likes vikings and top down (BG style) RPGs.

Brought the flame to the painted world and snatched sister friede's great scythe to beat the nameless king at archdragon's peak.
Labeling the lock-on function "use with caution" was my smartest move yet.

New PC is finally finished! So I took a break from Syberia 3 to see what Witcher 3/Doom/DAI/MEA/SoM/etc. looked like running at max settings.

If you want to see pretty, I recommend Rise of The Tomb Raider which is probably the best looking game out right now.

Nice, the rig I'm about to build is going to have: I7-6700K 2x8GB DDR4-3000 sticks MSI Z170A GAMING M5 ATX 500GB Samson Evo 850 Radeon RTX 480 Still saving up for it, but just about got the scratch Oh, and to stay on topic, I posted a request for a friend on steam to play some Divinity Original Sin. Some guy for cali responded back. And we started a game today. It was pretty neat overall, but it was a bit boring. He's played the game so much, he was able to run around town and steal everything not nailed down, and pickup all the side quests. While I just stood around. It was a bit boring. We actually had to restart the game once, because my ranged magic dps, and his melee rouge weren't able to get past the first group fight.

Played a little more Syberia 3 last night (I think I'm about 6 hours in now). Quirks aside, I'm still enjoying it. I do wish they had moved into a true 3rd person, "free-look" style game though. Movement can be awkward between "sets", but you do get used to it. It still feels very much like a Syberia game though, with the same style of writing and speech from the characters (everyone's so... polite. ). Better VAs would help in places though, but for the most part, it's fine. Some are so stilted though, they sound as though they've never VAed in their life. Like, random staff pulled into the booth bad. And the occasional voices that don't match up well with their appearances. The puzzles, like in previous Syberia games, run from super-easy to... pretty tricky at times. Occasionally, they'll throw in little ways to mislead you t'boot. If you've played the underwater segment, you probably sat there scratching your head why you couldn't remove the DAMN CHAIN FROM THE RIGHT DOOR MECHANISM TO USE FOR THE LEFT DOOR. RAAAAAGE! The Inon Zur soundtrack continues to impress though. I'll usually linger on the main screen to listen to one loop before getting back into the game.

In a throwback to some classic titles, I fired up my copy of Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines.
Apparently I still had the early version of the Antitribu mod installed, and while I love the work the modders did with the new disciplines, I kinda want to play something a bit more 'feature complete'.
I was thinking of downloading either the Clan Quest mod or the Final Nights mod, though I'm not sure which would be better.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Led GDI forces against NOD. The FMVs are blotchy but still watchable. The first two maps are so small scrolling across with a flick always end up at the edge.

Oh yeah they have quite a few mods that add in new quests, companions, NCPs, even new clans and disciplines. For instance, the Antitribu mod I mentioned has the Lasombra, and Tzimisce clans as playable options; just to name a few; complete with their own custom abilities and play styles. I decided on going with the clan quest mod as it incorporates several other mods into it's changes, plus it spices up the original game's clans a bit. I think I'm going to run with a Malkavian once I get everything downloaded and installed.

Started a Galactic Conquest campaign as a commander of the clones. Doing fairly well against the AI. Bought a second fleet first turn, and started wrecking havok against the separatist armies. Even took geonosis, and had a very lucky power up for fending off an attack by the separatists, as they tried to take Naboo.
Saved up a bit, and bought the 4 basic classes for ground invasions. Now I need to buy the marine class for space combat, and I can start investing in the advanced classes.
I have learned the hard way, not to take the AI lightly in this game. It can, and will, ruin your day.
