I logged into Division 2 and realized I have been the only member of my clan of 50 to log in during the last three weeks. The Anthem curse!
The Anthem Curse is just a variant of The Division 1 curse where the population dropped even faster.

Its pretty natural for games like TD1 and TD2 to have a big drop off at a point in time isn't it as the majority of the players will complete the campaign and the other content at around the same time. Just the people grinding for loot after a while yeah?
Mot sure I'd compare TD2 with Anthem, that's a whole different kettle of fish compared to even TD1 at launch.

I created my 29th superhero and my 8th new villain. I then arrested many malefactors in and around Steel Canyon and Faultline. While typing this, I've come up with yet another character concept: Poison Ivan. A Russian, male version of a certain DC Super villain. He will be my first male character in game since they shut it down seven years ago.

I think we are going too far off-topic so this is going to be my last response. I know plenty of people that left before reaching the end of the story content of The Division 2, there has been plenty of bugs and other issues that people just don't want to deal with. I have had plenty of people in clans quit the game and never come back because of problems. For me The Division 1 had the worst launch of a game since Arkham Knight and even the problem with Anthem didn't surpass it because they forgot to make their game secure from cheaters. It was a bigger problem on PC since people can more easily intercept the stream and alter it, but it allowed major cheating to happen and it drove people away in large numbers (I include myself) because of how rampant it became.

The report function doesn't alert Proboards, just FYI, it alerts forum moderators and isn't really for this type of thing. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be an auto-fix for this error and it has to be done manually. I'm pretty sure regack has already flagged the issue with ProBoards in the past. I guess it's not too high on their own bug list.

Obsidian Gryphon Thanks Yeah went straight to the Capital to pick up the companion quest and Linzi talking to her teacher popped up right away. So safe on that side. Did have Jhod and Octavia working overtime on curses, but the ones in the completed side on the screen have disappeared. Guessing it's working as intended. Forgot to mention yesterday that the Worried kingdom has gone to Stable! For the first time in years. So Huzzah for the few months it will last. Also Amiri's weapon slots are broken, since her sword switched numbers during a quest. Was always in number four, but now it's in the first slot, but she snarls at me if I touch either one of them. So now one of the slots is just empty. Oh well, even with just two weapons at hand she's a proper beast. And today's session in spoilers, cuz of big spoilers and maybe length. But basically finished the current chapter and had a blast doing it. Today we visited the Kingdom of Knives. We do live in the Kingdom of Nice, so still following the Nice before Knives mantra. (Or it could have been Castle, too lazy to check but probably...) Either way it was a pretty cool place. Did some trials for pacifists, put together a crown, let the old fellow die proper and cursed the local fauna. The last bit was real life, since those Guardians and Redcaps were brutal I tells ya. Then loads of faffing around. Got Jaethal's companion quest and her goddess ended up nuking her. RIP Jaethal, I never used you. Also finished fixing Amiri's sword so wrapped that up as well. And gosh damn it Amiri I wanted to get skewered . Well, that was anti climatic. But luckily she got back up since I pretty much always use her if I can. Also the Throne got to travel a bit, but was quickly dragged back home. Can't rule the Kingdom from a stool you know... Then Irovetti finally struck and once more there was stuff to do. Loads of stuff in fact. Killed the beasties and wrapped up the two little loose threads from Ekun's quest. Dealt with the bandits and showed the chick mercy because we're stupid good like that. Massacred a town of local bards and caught up with our fluffy friend. But like the town was brutal and sooo many got chunked. Also visited the dream world with Linzi and thank the maker the enemies were on their easiest incarnation, because Kaira and Linzi are the squishiest of the squishies. Got a new location to scour (And it belonged to Kaira's patron god! Which she did not reference at any point! But she nicked all the booze! So YAY!) and got convinced that Irovetti was actually a clever were-rat in fancy armor. Then Irovetti wanted our crown and we had to go give it too him. But first a bit of nattering to the people in Pitax and exploration of the city. Got a book for some pirates so they could set out on sea and did not get a new crazy adviser. Alas. Gave Irovetti the crown and then he wanted Kaira's head. And that was where the massacre of Pitax began. Or well, kinda not since we had everyone except our fancily clad buddy at our side. Didn't want to chunk him but he didn't want to hear our gossip :C. Granted I probably should have tried persuading him in the capital, but the "Ok, he can take my kingdom" line was just too tempting. So yeah, fancy clad buddy and a few guards got brutally dismembered. Then there was more killing in the castle. There were a lot of rats and I was very disappointed that Irovetti didn't turn out to be a were-rat. Also why did you have to be so evil boi?! Either way scoured the castle best we could (and probably missed a load of stuff). Kicked Irovetti's bum on the second try after a good nap in the hallway. I'm telling you, he has had so many chances to kill Kaira in her sleep it isn't funny anymore. And then SNEK! And I am so confused where the heck she came into the story. She was mentioned in the notes, but can't remember anything else about her. So a bunch of Whys?! which will have to be googled later. Guessing next up is a bit of time to recuperate and maybe grind some kingdom stats? Either way a really fun session today. Hoping the next session is as fun.

I was fortunate with TD1, I had very few problems and the one I did have was resolved pretty quickly. I rarely played PvP so cheaters weren't an issue for me if that is what you were referring to. Re TD2 I stopped at L8 or 9 I think but not because of any problems with the game, my head wasn't in the right place after playing Odyssey for so long. Will go back to it but not in a rush as I only play majority solo anyway.

Let's just agree that 2019 has been a bad year for gaming so far (comparing to 2018 or 2010-13).

Well I got to play AC Odyssey today, compared to yesterday when I spent about 5 hours trying to log in to Uplay. I called Optus, my internet service provider, and they assured me there was nothing wrong on their end. After trying everything I could find on the net. (sites I could bring up anyway)Deleting, renaming, resetting etc, my wife tells me there are thousands of complaints about Optus on twitter. (I knew that site had to be good for something.) On twitter they acknowledged the nationwide problem and said they where working on it, but after 8 hours, their website still showed no outages, and their support staff were still denying any fault, causing customers to waste time looking for other causes. End of rant. But I got a lot done today. I needed to find one more Athenian ship for the weekly quest, so of course seven showed up at once. i.imgur.com/dxoXg2j.jpgWhile I was looking for Athenian ships, a mercenary ship with blue sails showed up. That raised Kass to S1 and I got Abraxos the legendary horse skin. Finished the two weekly and the daily orichalcum quests and Kass reached level 50, so she shouted herself the weight of war waist piece. The weekly ship was the Salaminia. It must be a spy ship, or a ghost ship, or something because even after exiting and reloading, it's identity remains a mystery. Did this happen to anyone else? i.imgur.com/pynoYKN.jpg.

I'm playing Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines again. This time with the ClanQuestMod installed. It gives a special task to every clan and a whole new Sabbat questline around Andrei the Tzimisce. He will give you some quests to do (and no, you don't have to join the Sabbat for that, you can do it as a spy for the Camarilla too) I'm playing a Gangrel this time and she got her quest from Beckett of course. He wanted her to get a book from the Kuei Jin.
Next playthrough will be Mycroft Holmes, gentleman and Nosferatu.

Telstra has its moments but on the whole they have been pretty good, got a free speed boost a couple of weeks ago that took me to 15Mbps instead of 7!!!! I wish I'd remember to do the weekly quests, always forget but in regards to the Alpha ships, of the ones I have done I haven't seen that ship or its lack of description.

Installed and played the WoW: Classic stresstest. It's capped at level 5 but that didn't stop anyone from traveling to elwynn forest to start trouble. I'm more convinced than ever to grab some friends and dive back into Classic at the end of august.

Yaaaaas temples of Cayden Cailean are being erected! Shots shots shots shots! In Pathfinder Kingmaker. Anywhoos, todays session in spoilers because of big nasty spoilers. Also the word of the day is yaaaas so if you are allergic might also want to avoid the spoilers as well. Non spoilery version is basically: Did a ton of Queenly stuff and am at the Endgame now. So ended up doing a bunch of managing for the Kingdom. And also bunch of reloading since I was unhappy and there was a riot at some point. Eventually just settled in and went with it. Got all the advisers to at least level 4, with culture and arcane at the top at level 9 and the rest somewhere in the middle. Claimed the final regions for myself as well. Bald Hill grumbled twice during that time and then it was time to head to the endgame. Knew where the portal would be so went there. Probably should have spent a bit of time assigning tasks to my people, but alas. Aint nobody got time for that. Enter the final chapter and have the greatest crime committed upon me. Taking my meat shields friends! Leaving Kaira all alone and squishy. Sob. So go around wandering. Nope when seeing some ghost guardians on one side and move promptly to the other one. Find a frozen area which would have been perfect for Amiri, alas it just had Kaira's (frigging massive) tombstone and an irate giant who was dispatched with the help of a purple wyvern and a large fire elemental. Then keep exploring and find an empty basement. Decide to try and walk into the fog with no lantern, but nothing seemed to happen so equipped the lantern back on and then started wandering some more. Then: Yaaaas Ekun! Was so happy too see him. And Okbo of course. Promised him we would boot the troll later (because it whopped our bums when we tried the first time around. Hehe). So left the room and: Yaaaas Valerie! The best meat shield friend! Also very happy she didn't die and could resume keeping our fleshy selves safe. Moved on and: Yaaaas Tristian! Because he had all the fire power cleric spells memorized and extra healing is always great. And beside who else is going to succeed at the perception checks. Or well persuasion checks. Think the game ignores his massive perception rank when it comes to dialog...Either way his cutscene wraps up and: Yaaaas? Jaelthal?! Did not expect to see her, but was happy that she didn't brutally murder Tristian. Neutral on her surviving, but no need to tell her that...Decide to go and see if something was happening near Kaira's cool tombstone. And: Yaaaas Regongar! Yaaaas Octavia! And good thing they made eye contact I guess? Also Regongar has wings now. Is that just him or connected to his class? Asking for an Aasimar friend. Either way welcome them back in the group and move on to: Yaaaas Amiri! Finally a tanky damage dealer. Because Valerie can take some, but not as good at ditching it out. Either way, hugs and kisses before moving on to: Noooooo Linzi! You can't sing to me if you're dead Who will give us all those sweet buffs now? Also guess it's kinda sad she wont be bantering with us I guess. But she'll live on in the journal entries. Wonder if you can keep her from that fate or if she's doomed to be read like an open book. Move on and: Nooooo Harrim! Actually, no wait, nevermind you're fine. That's nice. I was totally worried. Then: Noooo Jubilost! Oh no wait, he's good too. Well, at least I'll keep my minister for now. We find the exit and exchange some meaningful glances with the team. Guessing the band is back together for the most part...Go back in and: Oh Nok-Nok! Forgot about you. Wonder if I get to keep his hat because he got wrecked. But no, he's alive and well too. That's...great? Granted he is growing on me and his line was funny. So with that I think the band is back together. Kinda ended up ignoring the tiefling girl so guessing she wont show up. Or well if she will she'll probably be in pieces so... The next session will be exploring the rest of the house and cursing up a storm about the enemies. Because those mandrake swarms. / Also approve of Halimar's monkey being in the thick of things with his buddies. Always hanging around where you least expect him.

I took a break from TW III and did some reading. I also caught some TW Three Kingdoms gameplay. It looks good so I think I'll be getting it. One thing I'll be doing is to turn the voices to Chinese because it's pretty weird to hear English.

So I did a bit of a bull rush in the Show. Bit of a long vacation for my birthday but not sure how much I will be able to play the Show considering its also Memorial Day in the States and so I will be having other things to do other then just playing games. But alas I decided, just to say I did it, to get 'caught up' with where the Sox are IRL. I played the games up through May 24th. And...well there is just a lot to talk about so much so that it will be really hard to do. But suffice to say I won all...I think all 8 of the games I played.
Some Highlights:
In the first series against the Astros Craig Kimbrell picked up three straight saves in the sweep. Second series he already has 1 save which makes 4 saves in a row against the same team. He is now 19/19 in saves this year with an ERA under 1.
Picked up back to back Complete Game Shut Outs, one pitched by Porcello and one pitched by me against the Blue Jays. This also re lowered my ERA under 1.
Against the Blue Jays in the four game series I outscoured them a combined 33-3. The only 3 runs Strasburg gave up was all unearned.
Last game against the Stros I won 4-1..which means over the last 5 games I have outscored my opponents 37-4 with only one earned run.

So been unable to play last few days due to a damn nasty head cold, good part got lots of reading done, bad part concentration levels weren't conducive to much ACOD. Did get some in, continued the Phydias mission and used the massive amount of sailing (as personal respite ) and to plant Fast Travel markers over most places. It also allowed some opportunities to stumble on High Level Merc's who are now all dead and to kill some cultists. The last of whom I saw his icon on the map so detoured there and when I came upon him he was alone and being attacked by a Boar and a Spartan Brute. It was fun to watch and then I just one shot him with RA. Pic's I especially like killing the arrogant mouthy Merc's: Nigh time shot of The Celestial Crew on The Adrestia Statues Scenery

Pathfinder Kingmaker. No fun was had what so ever and frustrations were abound. Game is still in my good graces from the session before. But the combat at the moment is just. No. And too stupid to figure a safe path with the fog, if it's possible. Did play a bit of Demonheart which did make the day good again. Then loaded up Pathfinder again. Combat is a tiny bit less nope after I realized that Regongar could learn Siccaro or whatever the spell is called and it's kinda handy, but he can only cast three between rests so that's a bummer. But did steamroll a few roadblocks that way. But mostly used the session for nostalgic karaoke. Latter half of the session then turned out to be more successful. Cleared out some enemies which gave me massive problems earlier in the game and am slowly building up the confidence to try whacking at some other foes again. So decent times were had. Top spot but no good top pic on hand. So a pic of Halimar's monkeys second cousin. Handsome fellah in a pretty environment.
