I will say that working under the assumption that DA4 is going to be taking place in Tevinter - which I think we're all taking as a given, right? - I think that Blood Mage and Reaver are likely and thematically appropriate comebacks.

I think that portions of it are likely to be in Tevinter. We could start out in Nevarra and move into Tevinter, we might go into Seheron, we might head over to the Dales. There is a lot of stuff up north we haven't gotten to yet. Perhaps we might even have to deal with some Warden issues over in the Anderfels.

Ranger would be great. I could see the human protag being from The Anderfels and having the option to play him/her as a hardened ranger would be cool. They would have to re-work it a lot from how it was done in Origins of course.
Having the choice of one animal companion when you start out on the Ranger path and build the combat around you and your pet. See the Hunter Survival Spec in WoW, or White Lion in Warhammer Online.
Would prefer if the specialization worked with both melee and ranged. It could actually be for both Warriors and Rogues, but i doubt they would let two different classes access the same specialization.

Arcane Warrior. I want for mages to be able to wear armor and hit stuff with swords. That's all I wish for.

Blood magic. Don't write a story in which being a blood mage doesn't make sense. If the protagonist can't be a blood mage it means that there is not enough morally diverse choices / characters / plotlines in the game.

I was fond of Battle Mage from Awakening, yes even though it was completely broken, that was the beauty of it.
That or Force Mage, that's also fun.

This worries me. I worry that if they try to go to all these places we'll end up with a lack of depth dexploring any of these regions and plotlines. Very true that's a possibility. It also depends on whether Bio will swing back toward more hub zones and populated areas like Kirkwall, Denerim and Orzammar, or have the maps primarily be wilderness/abandoned like in DAI. I would have strongly felt that they would copy DAI again but after MEA's reception I wonder if they're going to try to move away from that format. If they follow the DAI format, we could have a few maps spread over northern Thedas, perhaps using the eluvian network to handwave distance and travel time. We'll get another desert/scrubland map for Anderfels, a coastal map for Rivain, the Arlathan forest in eastern Tevinter, and then a few more urban areas in Tevinter proper.
