At Gallows:

Most of my Hawkes who have finished the game. (Well Nicholas, Lance and Iris have sort of finished the game, but already have Keep states so I'm counting them as done.) Quite a few of them, so be careful in there.

Love your Hawkes! They all look very unique. I suck at the DA2 character creator... All my Hawkes look pretty much the same.

I have so many Hawkes. So, so many. I'll just show you my favorites, to save time.

First is Remi (dual-wielding rogue/purple/Fenris friendmance/makes friends with everyone she meets), named for the Black Fox. I don't really have any good screenshots of her, for some reason. She has freckles. You'll have to just trust me on this.


Then there's Sameth (Templar-focused shield warrior/red/Isabela rivalmance/hates mages intensely). His character design was my way of improving on the default M!Hawke, whom I've always found almost offensively ugly. Sameth is angry basically all the time. I love him.


Nymeria (purple/Fenris friendmance/wants to do the right thing but struggles) was originally a spirit healer who was romancing Anders, then Anders went all weird and healing got boring so I dumped him and became a force mage instead.


My one and only blue Hawke was Janus (blood mage/Fenris rivalmance (can you tell yet who my favorite LI is?)/pro-mage). Could be described as too nice. He's a nerd and no flattering screenshots of him exist. Originally my favorite, but then Sameth happened.



Somehow I haven't shared any of my 2H warriors, even though I have like four of those?? So here's Freya (purple/Reaver/Fenris friendmance/no sense of tact at all in any situation). She was my first Hawke ever, and was designed before I downloaded mods to make characters actually look halfway decent. :')

Oh my gosh! Really good job! 2/3 of my Hawkes are on my PS3 so I can't get a good side by side. I thought I did well recreating my first Hawke with her green eyes and white hair and tan skin (she had to get a hair cut, though, because DAI ditched the relaxed bun hair style.) My attempt at my second Hawke was acceptable. My third Hawke would never have thought Cory was his fault. I imagine him in Tevinter killing slavers with Fenris, not giving a crap about the rift in the sky half a continent away. So,he will never be recreated because only blood magic enforced minds control would make him say all the stupid stuff (from his POV) that DAI Hawke would say.

I should still try to grab th Hawkes that made it to DAI with phone and saves.

All details is quite shit, as I see different hair and beard styles/colors, wrong nose, yes, and mouth. And... if you feel done in the creator, and loads the game, you see: your Hawke totally different, than before... So: hard enough, but I like challenges... Maybe femHawke more difficult. (Nice Hawke!)

This look like a fusion between Geralt of Rivia and Riordan.

Bethany Hawke has amber eyes. Leandra, her brother Gamlen, Carver, and her neice, Charade all have blue eyes.

I was reading a fan fiction where Amber was the color of Malcolm Hawke's eyes. But his Legacy Ghost has glowy blue eyes.

Does anyone ever think about the appearance of the family as a whole when they make their Hawke? I've made my Hawkes so different from the family stock appearance, I've been thinking of trying to blend more in to feel more connected to the family.

Both my wife and i have red headed Hawkes. Despite trying out different colors to differ from my Hawke she concluded that Hawke was just meant to be a red head with green eyes. Dark haired parents can have a red headed child if the certain mix of the gene is hit at the right time and then proceed to have more children without a trace of red hair.
