And just because a weapon has higher potential does not automatically make it better, there are many factors. For example, the hesh has the highest potential DPS but the odds of someone shooting it at fast as possible and not missing any shots is very unlikely. So the actual damage in game will be a lot lower.
Dhan in game really feel like the best weapon right now. However I have been too afraid to try the vanquisher again, as with the minimal nerf, it still may be the best weapon in the game.

What about the Ruzard I think at close range it might even be better than the Dhan.

You can also easily max the Ruzard to X.
More damage yes, but it's got a slower rate of fire and reload. It's also less accurate.

I second this. Definitely my favourite.

The thing about the Dhan is that it is mid ranged. There is no spread, excellent to hit mid ranged or close ranged target. More of a low clip assault rifle or pistol than a shotgun. Ruzard user has to be close.
and TBH if you look at the damage difference between a rank 1 or rank X weapon, really is minimal. Up ranking a weapon only increase it's damage; not clip size, fire rate etc. So even a rank 1 Dhan is a very effective weapon.
that cip size seems high. My shadow 1 fired 20 shots without turbo charge
Ah I didn't know the clip size was changed. It was listed that the weapon will overheat faster in the notes but they didn't specify that it was the magazine that they changed. it used to be 60 at X. I'll change the numbers
Notes: -I can't accurately represent the shadow's DPS, it gets a damage bonus the more you shoot, up to 50%, so it most likely has the highest DPS. -I don't have the stats of the X5 Ghost, I may update it later -Dat Hornet Buff... -I'm amazed the sweeper was never touched -I didn't include the venom or lanat charged damage because I'm unsure the time it takes to charge, the zalkin has been put to 3 shots per second. -The soned and cyclone have their charge up time added to their reloads.
Thank you! The Hornet buff is indeed a bit exaggerated. I'm actually sad to see that the Valkyrie at X doesn't outclass a Hornet at X. It's bullshit and they need to fix this! Yes, them not buffing the Sweeper is NONSENSE! They better take care of it in the next patch. Here's what I want: --Buff to damage for the Valkyrie --Slight nerf to damage for the Hornet --Buff to damage and slight buff to ROF for the Carnifex --Massive damage buff for the Sweeper
Good work so far hardcoresalmon . If you're willing, there's another chart you could make that I for one would be interested to see:
Theoretical DPS to weight ratio.
Same chart with the same data, just with the DPS numbers divided by the weight to show how much "bang for your buck" you're getting when trading cooldowns for firepower.
AKA: Evil Mastered on XBL and Evil_Rurouni on PSN. My theme tune.™

Updated:
-Corrected a few numbers, The soned had a slight reload time before and the hornet has a slightly lower ROF than before. -Added the lanat and venom charged, the shadow with calculated numbers and the X5 Ghost.
The venom will do a lot of damage charged, if you calculate the total damage: (422 * (1 + 0.21)) + ((422 * 0.67)*4) = 1641.58 total

hardcoresalmon - I've been doing a lot of updates, including the"S" weapons and the Ghost. Also, Peddro got nearly all the correct headshot multipliers with some further testing, and I have determined how burst fire-weapons "Refire Counter" actually works, giving me very solid numbers for time to empty a full mag for those guns (it is higher effective RoF than I initially calculated).
I also added a new calculation using that information -
Single Mag Average DPS = Total Damage for Mag/Time to Empty Mag (in seconds).
Anyway, you might checkout that link I shared previously to the spreadsheet I'm maintaining, as that will have all the latest updates. There are a few known corrections I still need to make and I'll attempt to get those done today and let you know.
I don't care if The Venom is trash, it's soooo satisfying to use.
I've been using it for the shotgun banner and it's actually pretty good, but the charge mechanics are terrible. I have no idea if I'm charging half the time. Seems ideal for Kroguard and HAdept.
