Don't you dare call this guy our froggy friend. The real frog master race isn't even in this game. I wasn't thrilled at first to be exchanging Proxy Mine for Sticky Grenades, but with 2 Anti-Armor Grenades, combined with Abramsrunner's Cryo Beam, an Energy Drain Cryo Combo, and a few shots from our Sniper Rifles, we literally nuked on sight several Gold Fiends yesterday, prompting remarks such as "lolfiends" and "lolarmor" Proxy Mine in MEA probably would have had a 24 second cooldown anyway. Well the infiltrator is a great character, the max anti armor damage stickies are really good. Allthoug hi find it a bit weird that he has stickies like every other infiltrator instead of proxy mine (much creative design and much wow) at least they get that + 80 anti armor boost. And as you said proxy mine would probably be on a long cooldown and not be good for that reason, cause that's how stuff works in andromeda. Power cell abilities >> cd abilities here. Also why only 2 and not 4? the bleed perk on rank 5 is pretty meh, doesn't add as much damage as a couple of extra grenades. Unfortunately I wasn't referring to the SI. I was talking about drell, obviously. This game is sorely lacking drell and cluster grenades. Drell are the froggy overlords.

I always want to call my Salarians "frog boy," but then remember that is Thane's nickname.

This is all well and good, but the architect is still terrible. Even if you managed to make a CRAP character slightly better crap, it's still crap. He is still one of the worst classes in the game (if not THE worst).
I applaud your work on making trash slightly-okay-kinda none the less.

The Remnant VI does not appear to work as intended, no healing or cloaking. I have reported the bug on EA Answers: Link to Bug Report
If you have experienced the same bug you can click the XP button on my bug report and it increases the chances of it being noticed. This lol. If they could fix this it might change things, but until they do Remnant VI is buns.

Salarian Architect is basically a shit version of a pretty good Human Sentinel.

After some thought the architect would probably be a decent support for a soldier/weapon team. Skip the vi, take shocking barricade and area double incinerate, all the duration passives and you end up with pretty good up time and coverage on the elemental tech debuff. A vanguard or soldier with powercell concussive can also det all your primes pretty easily.

And Drell are lizards.

Barricade seems nice, when it works - however I have been noticing that often when I try to use it, nothing will happen other than one of my power cells vanishing. But I have not heard anyone else talking about this, so I am wondering if I am the only one with this problem? Works amazingly on my end....very strong against kett... When it works, yes, it is great. But when you hit that 2 and you do not get your orange semicircle and one of your power cells vanish? That would be a very different kind of amazing. (I should perhaps note that I mostly play off-host. That might matter...)

A vanguard or soldier with powercell concussive can also det all your primes pretty easily. This would be a great build. I intend to build something like this after I move on from the VI. I may take the detonation evo on incinerate for tech bursts, though. But with a soldier team you'd be relying on them equipping ammo powers. How crazy fun would this be with an all-Salarian squad with maybe a human engie thrown in? Barricade, incinerate, invasion, overload, energy drain, sticky grenades, cryo beam in additional to all the great tech passives.

I would generally consider an ammo power your best choice on any weapon class, especially disrupter ammo. When my group feels like doing the outlaw zero farm we bring power classes and camp out on the bridge. You can succeed with pretty much any weapon and combos feel useful due to the close quarters. I might have a video around if people are interested.

From testing +duration modifiers from passives on Barricade it seems that they do in fact wok, but the orange barrier goes through the disappearing animation based only on the duration modifiers in the power tree itself. Not yet if the +weapon damage increases still work while said Barricade is invisible, will have to test more.
