Install Instructions:1. Copy from the "DLC_CON_AshWar" folder, from your chosen variant folder, to inside the "...BIOGame\DLC" folder 2. If you haven't yet, copy the files INSIDE the "Warranty Voider's DLLs" folders to the "...Binaries\Win32" folder 3. You may need to update your TOCs, via me3explorer's TOC suite or ME3MM's TOC module. 4. Enjoy! FAQ1. Does this mod supersede other Ashley combat mods?Yes. That being said, it is compatible with most of the Ashley mods out there (i.e. it won't cause the game to stall or crash) 2. Does this mod affect Ashley's non-combat situations (i.e. On the Normandy, Citadel-hospital, dating scenes, etc.)No. Don't worry, if you made/utilized any modifications to these files, they will remain. 3. I installed this mod, but now the game takes forever to start-upUpdate your TOC, via Me3explorer's TOC suite. 4, Do I need additional files, in order to use this game?Yes, you'll need Warranty Voider's modified DLLs.Don't worry these have been packaged with the download. 5. Why did you swap the Ajax Armour to the second/Ashley 01 PCC slot?Because that is the armour that Ashley wears by default on Mars. I was too selfish to see my beloved Griffon Armour get banged up on its first outing

gancuI suspect I may have an answer to your query: Delete the "BioH_Exp3_Ashley_1" pcc from the DLC_CON_AshWar folder. That should do the trick. Then apply the Ashley Legacy Edition Mod.

For the casino infiltration mission, I recommend using the Ashley Legacy mod (the author modifies the her casino look). It should prove compatible with your listed mods.

Doth my eyes deceive? Or are you using a combination of the Ashley Battlepack Expanded and the Ashley Warpack? Alongside the EGM?

Hi Survivor, big fan of your Ash warpacks, I never go into combat without them combined with ELE08's Ashley Legacy Project assets. Anyway, I know I'm late to the party here, but I like your idea for some helmet based NODs, something like this would look great in my opinion. Thank you for the compliment. Am glad to find a happy user of the Ashley and Alliance Warpacks. Helmet based NODs are what I hope to incorporate, but the fact remains that I've yet to find an elegant solution for it.

You are onto something. This combined with the fact that Ash's helmet goes through a lot of interaction, especially on Mars (gets grabbed by EVA and then damaged), I'll rein in my helmet modifications.

Serza : Ashley received "genetic enhancements including in-utero vision correction (maternal predisposition for nearsightedness) and the Class-B Alliance Infantry Upgrade Package". As to whether Ashley (or any Alliance personnel) could have received gene therapy that could have granted them night vision, there are some counterpoints: - Tapetum lucidum: This a layer of tissue in the eye that lies behind the retina, of many animals (except humans). It reflects visible light back through the retina, increasing the light available to the photoreceptors (although slightly blurring the image).
- Genetic Therapy Regulations: The Alliance has strict genetic therapy laws - modification of natural ones is alright, but the acquisition of new ones is illegal. So Ashley would have definatly received therapy that boosted her endurance, strength, reflexes, etc.. But nothing that would have granted her night vision
- Cost Effectiveness: Even if the Alliance military decided to skirt the law and start implanting apetum lucidum, into Alliance soldiers, it would not be very cost effective. Many armed forces are influenced by how cost-effective their equipment this, and in the ME universe, an NOD would be effective (and less likely to cause organic damage) than having to modify a soldier
- Umbra Visor: Even with all the latest armour, Shepard still uses the Umbra Visor. This implied that even in the ME universe, there is still utility to an NOD/li]
That being said, you do have some points. I'll try and modify the Umbra visor a bit more to see if I can't 'imply' that its more of an extension of the helmet's own feature.

Just want to get your thoughts, regarding an upcoming update to the Ashley Warpack (sometime in the new year): Anything you would alter or change? I am trying to create an armour that would reflect what an experienced marine would modify/add to their armour, over the course of their experience (Night vision, components from other armour suits, extra ammo/supply pouches). I've always felt the vanilla blue hardsuit was a little too...meh. Do let me know what you think:

cptdataCora is too much of an Asari fan-girl to be a rough fit for Ashley. Which kinda fits into her arc. A key part of Cora's arc is her coming to terms with the fact that her Asari-idol is less than perfect. And that Asari are just as prone to screw-ups as anyone else and aren't the saviours of the Initiative.
Ashley would have already figured that out.

As previously hinted at, with considerable assistance from kinkojiro, patadepocho (of the EGM Team), may I finally present the Alliance Warpack: Ashley: 1. Defender Armour: Say goodbye to impractical dress-suits. Ashley dons the Alliance Military's favoured armour-set for hard, fast, strike missions. Encased in hardened ceramic and protected by power kinetic-barriers, this armour is a testament to humanity's endurance and grit. 2. Spectre Armour: Still fresh from elite armour-smiths of Spectre RnD, Ashley shoulders a prototype armour for the first human spectres. With jet black ceramic, complimented by tan-stripes and the Spectre insignia, this armour is a bold statement of the Citadel's reach. 3. MultiCam Terminus Assault Armour: Ideal for extended operations in the lawless regions of the Attican Traverse and Terminus System, this armour's stealth and shields are complimented by the versatile Multicam pattern. Ideal for when stealth-ops go loud! FYI: If you'd prefer to utilize Ashley, with her more practical combat-bun, please see the Optional Files Section. Kaidan:1. Sentinel Armour: Modified to the Kaidan's standards, this Kestrel-armour derivative is ideal for the hard-hitting biotic-specialists of Major Alenko's 1st Special Operations Biotic Company. It's bold insignia may barely skirt the Alliance uniform-code, but the 'Biotic Bastards' favour this armour for their 'loud' missions. 2. Spectre Armour: Still fresh from elite armour-smiths of Spectre RnD, Kaidan shoulders a prototype armour for the first human spectres. With jet black ceramic, complimented by tan-stripes and the Spectre insignia, this armour is a bold statement of the Citadel's reach. 3. MultiCam Inferno armour: Favoured by the Alliance's 'sentinel-operatives', this armour has been modified for greater protection. Eschewing the 'open-faced' helmet, this version utilizes the tested Alliance Breather Helmet and utilizes the MulitCam pattern for greater protection and stealth. James and EDI:1. James's Garmr Armour: This prototype armour makes it way back into the Alliance's good-graces, via the hands of James. Layered in MulitCam and sporting a distinctive-grinning skull, this armour is ideal for the marine whom wants to deliver the pain! 2. EDI Assault Armour: Encased in heavy-duty, assault armour, EDI is ready to take the fight directly to the enemy. Say goodbye to impractical catsuits. Install InstructionsThis mod requires EXPANDED GALAXY MOD v1.085 or later.Drag and drop the "DLC_MOD_EGM_Alliance" folder into your Mass Effect 3 DLC folder (Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC).

Still one more playthrough before ME:A. If it takes longer, I'll postpone ME:A Personally, am delaying my MEA Andomeda run. Though this is due to my 'big publisher' policy more than anything else ("Never buy at launch price, wait for the game-of-the-year edition, due to the inevitable 'mandatory' DLCs). Pending Trilogy Runthroughs: 1. The 'final' ME3 Soldier Shepard Run (LI: Ashley) 2. Adept Shepard (LI: Ashley) trilogy 3. Sentinel Shepard (LI: Ashley) trilogy Also because the EGM is due to bring out some good stuff (You. Did. Not. Hear. It. From. Me)

I will say, it's not only Ash I will miss. Commander Shepard, many a time I projected my own personal believes and feelings, within the boundaries of the game, it gave me a lot of hours of entertainment and immersion. All the stories I got to experience, it was a hell of a ride. It just feels very weird not seeing them again. I know I can reboot the original series, but it does feel like a final farewell, with Andromeda closing in. I'm gonna go with the ending where Shep and Ash survived and live happily ever after. Remember me, it's a very fitting title really, I think I've linked it before, but it was never more fitting than now. - Stet - Agreed, I RPed hard during the ME OT Trilogy. As much as we slag it sometimes, the ME Trilogy did set the bar for RPGs and it was one of the best ones out there. It depicted a more 'realistic' interpretation (within the bounds of space-fantasy) of the geopolitics and warfare of the Milky Way. It was quite fun. With the EGM, my RP Shepard had even more of a workout as he had sat at the 'council-of-war' sessions. As to Ash: Ashley was the ying to my yang. The somewhat ideological opposite. Akin to the Superman-Batman teamups. And great with any firearm. I'd like to think that in the end, Ash & Shepard finally managed to grab that little bit of peace they sought.

As a final tribute to Ashley, the Warpack has finally been updated: Source: www.nexusmods.com/masseffect3/mods/453/?For those unaware: The Ashley Warpack is a set of helmet-enabled, battle ready hard-suits for Ashley Williams that replaces the default 'catsuits' used for combat: 1. Ashley's blue, 'dress-suit' is replaced, in combat scenarios, by the Ajax suit dyed in Alliance blue colours (using Tarkov33's, of Social Bioware, amazing textures) 2. Ashley's blue-hardsuit is replaced with a naval blue camoflauge pattern, inspired by the Systems Alliance Marines 3. Ashley's white and maroon, 'dress-suit' is replaced, in combat scenarios, by the Spectre suit (from ME1) dyed in a urban-camo with maroon/pink highlights and the Spectre symbol on its pauldron. 4. Ashley blue, 'cat-suit' (ruined by [Maya Brooks](/spoiler)) is replaced, by the Terminus Assault Armor with highlights in Alliance blue 5. Universal marksman patch for ALL of Ashley's combat instances 6. Ashley utilizes her sensible combat-bun from ME1 and ME2, for combat-scenarios.
