Yes you'll this v is me sorry fot the blurryness but there is a reason for that and that reason is ... i'm an Alien ... there i said it ... finally the truth comes out. And you'll know that every time you see pictures of alien sightings the pictures are blurry or out of focus etc. So that's the actual reason for the blurry ^ picture ... again sorry. You can see ^ through the blurryness that i am human and a woman and that means ... i am in disguise because that's not what i really look like. *DANGER* You're taking a risk if you click the spoiler below so be absolutely sure that you want to click it because this v is what i really look like First of all i don't know who took the picture because this is clearly not a blurry picture maybe the person had a special camera we still don't know and is at this very moment still unknown to us how ??? This was in the Nevada desert btw and this was not part of the plan ( i can assure you'll ). To make a long story short we were there for research ( area 51 ) and as you'll can see ^ in our true forms because there was no one else there at least that's what we thought. But all of a sudden two busses with tourists came out of nowhere ??? and there wasn't enough time for me at least to change back to that blurry human woman you saw earlier. So this is what they've done to me after they left ( about two and a half hours ) and it was really difficult for me to stay absolutely still. One thing that i wanted to mention is i wanted to thank the young woman who was so friendly to place that sticker "you are beautiful" on my forehead *aww* ( and i definitely don't want to thank the rest of the people that did the rest to me ... it was a nightmare ). And what i'm about to tell you now is probably forbidden but i'm going to tell you'll anyway but that ^ is what we'll look like so female and male alike. There are little differences but almost impossible to see for human eyes our beauty comes from inside our minds through a form of telepathy i cannot really explain ... sorry for that. I do love earth ( strange name though earth ) mostly because you'll look so different and of course there are other reasons as well that i will not reveal now ( maybe someday ). So that's all that i wanted you'll to tell and to show ... so now you'll know what i really look like and please keep this secret to yourselves. Errrm...are you sure? This is a stock photo for sale some websites use: www.pexels.com/photo/woman-blurred-motion-11824539/Here it is used as photo for some mental health issue blog site: www.intothecrosswinds.com/resilience/normalizingaddictionJust wondering

So I studied my butt off for 2 very important tests that contained over 2500 questions - I passed the first one at 97% score and the second with a 100% score. The official responsible for the test immediately congratulated me and told me to open a Champaign bottle at home and party hard because the test was difficulty and a lot of people did not pass that day. All of those that passed were super happy but I didn't feel anything. In fact I only feel slightly pissed I did not get 100% on both tests. Why am I always unhappy and discontent...

Election day here today...I still need to vote and the voting closes in 4 hours from now. Reason why I have not voted yet is that I still have not decided who to vote for Time for a bath, I will ponder in the tub about who to vote for. Seeing a friend this evening and will vote on my way there. I hear you, for me the last couple elections felt like having to choose between pox and leprosy. You're going to suffer either way. A lot.

Now, he only had to lift one end of it (cockpit end, so heavy end), and not clean out of the water, only so they could drag out his trapped friend, and you could speculate about buoyancy from the water helping slightly, but at the same time it was water filled, so actually maybe another 250-300 kg, and it wasn't a deadlift, just a slight lift from not much bent legs. But still, maybe 700-800 kg. He didn't lift the entire helicopter though, so he was probably lifting less than 50% of it, the other half resting on the landing gear that was still touching the ground. Still an impressive feat of strength. The hardest part is grip strength, fingers are the weakest link by far and even the best lifters in the entire world struggle with the grip when lifting 400+kg I once helped a woman with her stuck VW polo car, in an icy corner she lost control and got the right rear wheel of the car into a shallow ditch so I climbed into the ditch, grabbed the car by the fender and lifted it just enough to push it back on the road. Lifted it just from knee height to standing, -easier than a standard deadlift that starts from mid shin height- and with the other wheels on the ground and the compact car having the engine in the front it felt like 280-300 kilograms, it took all my strength thats for sure and I was surprised that it worked. I do deadlifts from regular height 250kg max, usually I work with 200-220 for repetitions

I suggest you consider the possibility that you have peaked as a deadlifter. No-one wants to hear that, I know, but you are going to need your eyes for the rest of your life, and high blood pressure can damage arteries and veins in the retina (known as hypertensive retinopathy). NA NA NA NA I CAN'T HEAR YOU! Wait, you said ''peak as a deadlifter''? Yes! I need to lift heavier to peak harder and higher! Now we're talking!

I just did 4 sets of 8 repetitions of 180kg-200 kg deadlifts and now my eyes hurt a lot. I googled if that's a problem and came across this gem: ''What you feel is actually your soul returning back to your body after being forced out from deadlifting. Don't worry, it's not permanent.'' The more you know! Thats exactly how heavy deadlifts feel like. Well, you actually can get detached retina from heavy lifting. Only that doesn't really hurt the least? Or is not supposed to. ( Detached retina is a very serious condition. Damage done is generally irreversible and tend to be progressive once the process has started. Stretcher and ambulance to the hospital, regardless how fit & fine you feel I've never heard of a lifter ever getting retinas detached from lifting, not even with those competing and lifting far more than I do - not saying it cannot happen though. Funny thing is I do know two firearms enthusiasts that got their retinas detached from the recoil forces of constantly shooting very large caliber rifles. The sudden acceleration of the torso and head does this and its a feared side effect among safari hunters who rely on their large caliber rifles. But back to lifting - my theory is that the pain comes from the blood pressure, having bloodshot eyes after heavy lifting is not uncommon and I read that during very heavy deadlifts diastolic blood pressure can spike to 300-400 for couple seconds, compared to the 70-80 which is normal. I do get the pain nearing the end of the session and dont get it from single max effort lifts.

I almost had a serious traffic accident and it really wasn't anybody's fault. I was driving behind a car on a straight single-lane freeway (left lane oncoming traffic), I was doing 90 km/h in a 100km/h zone so I was well within the speed limit and the space between my car and the car in front of me was sufficient. The car in front of me was also doing 90 and then, without reducing its speed, used the turn signal and turned right on an Y-junction revealing the other cars in front of it - which were only crawling because of an accident. I had to make a split second decision whether to follow the fast car and turn right or to do an emergency brake from 90 to about ~20 - I did the latter and managed to just stop behind the slow cars. Luckily cars behind me were still far away.
The car that was driving in front of me was a little bit reckless approaching the crawling cars at full speed giving the cars behind it the illusion that traffic in front of it was moving at the usual speeds - but it just managed to turn without braking and it really did not break any laws.
Had I left only a little less space between my car and the car in front of me I would not have had enough time to react and brake.

Don't know what's wrong with it, no blood, no obvious signs of broken wings but it can't fly, only hop with surprising speed. Maybe some feathers are missing? If there's no obvious signs of cat damage (bloody bite/claw marks) and the wings don't seem broken, then it's likely neck trauma from flying into something. Windows are a usual culprit. I helped a woodpecker recover from such accident a couple years ago but this time its definitely cat injuries. The bird was nowhere near a window and its quite traumatized, its cognitive functions are great - but it looks like most of its tail feathers are missing, along with a few feathers on its right wing, I suspect a cat tore those off but could not manage to kill it because this bird is quite big and a fighter. I'm no bird expert but I read those feathers grow back in a couple of weeks and the bird seems healthy and it eats the food I give it so it looks like there is a chance it recovers and learns to fly again. Don't know what's wrong with it, no blood, no obvious signs of broken wings but it can't fly, only hop with surprising speed. Maybe some feathers are missing? Random fun fact; I briefly worked in the only 24 hr vet clinic in the city. All other veterinarians sent us any pets that had to have overnight care. Crazy place. Came out with a few horror stories but a couple good ones too. Big gangly black lab named Caesar got hit by a car and broke his spine. They were able to repair it but he couldn't use his hind legs at first. I had to take him on walks which involved putting a towel under him, but making sure he had room to pee. Carrying his back end for him by holding the towel up while he bravely strode forward with his front paws. Had to make sure not to drag his hind legs, but give them just enough room so he could kind of lumber along with them. Well, six weeks of slow but consistent progress later and he walked out of the clinic on his own four legs. Got to see his progress almost daily, really cool to see his hind legs get stronger and stronger. Very fucking cool (and a bit sad) to see his owner walk him out.
A LOT of animals and humans learn how to walk again after severe spinal trauma IF rehabilitation is good - which it sadly isn't in a lot of cases because its very expensive and time consuming. So I applaud you dedication and patience to help make this doggo walk again, a lot of times people simply don't care enough or give up right away.

Found an injured jaybird in my garden, a victim of cats probably. Don't know what's wrong with it, no blood, no obvious signs of broken wings but it can't fly, only hop with surprising speed. Maybe some feathers are missing? Brought it inside and got my finger pinched, its beak has a lot of power that's why I gave it a straw to bite down on. Its already eating an apple which is a good sign, tomorrow I'll bring it to the vet.

I need to replace my old elbow sleeves for training since they are torn to shreds by years of using and abusing them. I did some online shopping and measuring and guess what - according to the size charts I need to buy the smallest KNEE sleeves for my elbows. Tonight my air fryer arrived. It is not an XXL model, because the XL size is more than enough for me. When switched off the window doesn't show up, so the first one below is the manufacturer's image to show where it is located. The paper-like shallow bowl thingies arrive tomorrow. And the accessories... Don't get me started. I have already eaten, that means I have to test this magical contraption tomorrow. Nothing rattles or cracks... I have high hopes. I have one and I love this thing, almost as much as my blender. Its magical, it does fry stuff but without all the nasty deep frying oils and it tastes great - and you can adjust the temperature so that food that contains some added oil for air frying stays below the temperature threshold that results in most cooking oils going crazy with carcinogenic fatty acids.

I've sporting a 'stache since I was 20. My look in the '90's was a handlebar and a mullet. I get with the times, I know. In the noughties I grew a Van Dyke - Way before V for Vendetta, I might add. I do have a Van Dyke beard! But grew it after Vendetta - but to my defense - I don't like the movie and that beard has never been a fad here. In fact I think I have never seen anyone in person sporting a Van Dyke beard. As for my day, I just spent 350 bucks at the vet. My cat hasn't eaten for three days and she has not done anything but curl up on my couch and giving me a sad look. My initial inspections weren't fruitful, no fever, she does not seem to be in pain, no injuries, the last stool she had looked fine, eyes and mouth look fine. I massaged her belly to help getting rid of potential blockages but that did not help any. Brought her to the vet because the danger of dehydration is the biggest problem with cats that don't eat. She got a very thorough examination and they found an infection in her blood- so now she is getting antibiotics and she also got an IV against dehydration. I hope it works, animals suffering is one of the few things I can't take at all. Problem though is cost of living is so high I have no money despite working my butt off, now this hit me real bad.

Ick. I hate mustaches. On me at least. And on most people TBF.
You guys are lucky you can hide behind a beard though. I'm just sitting here, bad skin, shitty jaw line, all in full view My life improved so much when I grew a chin beard and a stache. Before I was nothing more than a little insignificant tadpole. Now I am a little insignificant tadpole with a BEARD. Protip: if you belong to some subhuman race or subgender that cannot grow a beard you can still grow long hair and wrap it around the most problematic areas in your face. People will appreciate it.

I just gave my three cats the anti parasite pills, my vet suggested to put it in the food but I know a better trick. I simply grab them and lift them by the skin in their necks so they are standing on their hind legs, that makes them go limp like a wet noodle which makes opening their mouths and shoving the pills into their throat a super easy task. They don't complain nor bite, they simply let it happen that way. Then I gave them food to wash it down (and so they forget about killing me for revenge).
Had to do that with anti biotics on a daily basis with when my cats had eye infection and urine tract infection. Worked like a charm.-
Just don't ever fully lift them up by the skin in their necks, they need to have most of their weight on their hind legs. Lifting them up completely would be very painful for them.
