Please provide a screenshot when possible, as it is difficult to work off of written description; a visual will be easier for us to tackle the issue.
As far as mobile issues go, there are limitations in that ProBoards does not provide a template for modifiying the mobile version of the site.

Right now I have a Secret IP Twitter Thread in the OT Board. Inevitably, we'll need to have a section for it. Though I guess there's no pressing need at the moment until we have a name... or real information... of some kind.
