Found this today and it's definitely a unique association between predator and prey. Would love to know what's going through the minds of the eagles. 😄
I also read that the lady who put up videos of these visitors to her home over the years no longer have a YT channel because YT shut her down without any specific reason. Plenty of other questionable videos and they shut hers down for showing eagles, fox and cats together???
Edit. Ah! I found that the lady lives in Unalaska, Aleutes, South Alaska. The eagles probably fed well since there's a large fishing fleet there. They could snag fish during unload procedures so they're not hungry. It's probably the same story for the fox.

Always love videos like this. A view into the past. I've to say the ladies' dresses looked very pretty and nice. The men looked neat and smart with their hats.

A look back at the space shuttle and final flight before the SS program was shut down. The SS Atlantis, OV-104, 33rd and final mission to the ISS, 8 July 2011.
It ended its last flight, landing safely in the dark of night.
Brings back memories.

The landing of the Boeing 747 is remarkable with only three sets of landing gear for such a heavy aircraft. A testimony of the pilot's skill. Everyone walked away safe and sound. 👍

I can think of a half a dozen reasons;
Loathed the partner. After all, marriages at that time isn't out of love but for political reasons Partner may snore Partner may hog the bedsheets When partner falls sick, easier to stay away Assassination. Kill one, miss the other Peace of mind after a crazy day. I just want my sleep!! 😄 Status. After all, only rich people and royalty could afford separate bedrooms
Love her vids. Very insightful.

This is a memorial song. A name list of the victims and the heroes who stayed behind to save as many as they could before they died as well. It's too sorrowful to post in What're You Listening To Now. 27 students survived and returned to school several days later. However, they did not return to the rooms where they usually studied. They were given other rooms and scores of councilors were on hand to help them. Of all the classes, one class was empty except for a lone survivor. To this day, families of the 250 students, 11 teachers and other passengers who died are still struggling to come to terms with the tragedy.

I love MrBallen - he is such a great storyteller. He specialises in mysteries - true crime and supernatural stuff/urban legends
This is my favorite story - I'm planning to use the story for a Cthulhu rpg adventure:

This is a really cool "problem", or what you want to call it. It seems I've come across a version of this solution before and it's really one of those things that makes Math magical.
Derek goes through all the details in this video. Still, I have this conceited notion that I might explain it simpler?
The situation is that 100 prisoners, numbered (1 to 100) have to go into a room, one at a time, where there is 100 boxes, which each contain one of the 100 numbers (1 to 100). The prisoner is only allowed to search half the boxes, 50. He is not allowed to move any box or number. He is not required to take or bring out the number.
If he fails to find his own number in those 50 attempts or less, all 100 prisoners will be executed. If he succeeds, he will be taken to a different room, where he cannot talk to his fellow prisoners, and wait, while next prisoner does his search in turn. If he then fails, everybody will also be executed. And so it goes on. Only if each and every of all 100 prisoners finds his number in 50 or less attempts, will everybody escape execution. Actually, everybody will be released instead, in this "unlikely" event.
On the face of it, it's an impossible situation. I mean every prisoner has only 50% chance of finding his number. And everybody must succeed. But since they can talk to each other before they do this, it's not hopeless, if there happened to be a clever mathematician amongst them.
They must all agree to assign numbers to the boxes in the exact same way. Like rows from one wall, columns from one wall, most obviously normal reading order. (In Derek's version, the boxes are all already numbered for convenience).
Now they have 100 labels which they can use to link numbers together. By starting at the label which represents the prisoners own number, they have a node in a chain that is guaranteed to be closed, that is a loop, and must contain their number. Because if they go to the next box label, which the number points to, they will be directed back to their starting box, when they find their own number, thus closing the loop.
Now, it's still only 50% chance that this loop is 50 links long or shorter. So the first prisoners chance of success or failure is still 50:50. But hey, we can't do the impossible. The interesting thing here is that all the numbers must now be in one of such loops. And if they all label the boxes in the exact same way, they will have the exact same sets of number-loops. And the probability of that any of those loops would be longer than 50, is "only" 69%. That means that if all the prisoners follow the same method, there is "only" 69% risk of that any of them will fail!
They have 31% chance of success and survival, which beats the basically zero chance, of following any random search, by magnitudes raised to magnitudes. Achieving the "impossible".
Edit: Fooling around with the numbers, I tried the example with allowing the prisoners to search 90 of the 100 boxes. Random searches result in, for practical purposes, the same result: Everybody gets executed. Their chance to succeed is only 0.0000265... In real terms, Zero. If they, otoh, follow the same loop strategy, numbers the boxes, starts with the box featuring their own number and follows the contained numbers as pointers, they have a 89,519% chance of making it.
