[DAI MOD] Quick startup (Skip BW Splash, Autologin, no more march bg)

This mod reduces startup time by around ~10 seconds by taking the following steps:
- Disabling the BW splash creen + save-state warning screen by jumping directly to the menu
- Introducing auto-login
- Reducing the amount of assets loaded at launch
- Disabling the background march movie
Issues: Going back and forth between the menu/multiplayer may cause UI to not appear due to desync

Instructions:
STEPS:
1. Create a backup of the "Patch" folder in case you need to uninstall. Do NOT leave this backup under the \Update\ path as it will confuse the game. Move it elsewhere on your computer. As a reminder, the "Patch" folder is located at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\Update\Patch
2. Merge your Patch folder with the downloaded Patch folder. When prompted, overwrite or add:
Startmenu.sb (Overwrite)
Startmenu.toc (Overwrite)
cas.cat (Overwrite)
cas_04.cas (Add)
3. Done!

To uninstall, simply replace your backup Patch folder with the modified one.
