I feel ya I'm stuck on tier 5 on insanity, the drones are killing me and bad objectives and scrubby play haven't helped either lol. Duoing gold is easy mode for this series, and even so, I find Tier 5 to be surprisingly tricky. Double Primes can easily force you into cramped spaces, and the drone stagger is lethal on such a small map! Even so, I have no doubt you will solve it soon!  And speaking of bad objectives... The 7 Tiers of Neufchatel - Hardcore

23:46 - MeroNoir | HamleticTortoiseDevices once, and the upper central hack on wave 10  This challenge reinforces just how OP the Harrier TGI is. On gold, not even the double scions/double pretorians serving of wave 8 can dislodge one from a good position with an ammo box - like, say, the LZ on Giant. Tier 3
21:16 - MeroNoir | HamleticTortoiseWave 6 devices - luckily well-spread. Another insanely OP kit, though I'd argue the map makes the challenge here. Tier 4
21:48 - MeroNoir | HamleticTortoiseWhat do you know, devices twice  We both went down a ton in the early waves, getting used to the Venom again, but luckily we regrouped and finished strong. Dragoons will never not be annoying, but phantoms are a joke with this setup, even on-host. Tier 5
20:49 - MeroNoir | HamleticTortoiseGot to watch your back on this one: you can kill things so quickly that you can cause trouble for your squadmate. Primes plus pyros are Very Bad News TM here, though at least Rocket Troopers are mostly a non-issue. Did I mention we got devices on wave 10? Tier 6
28:20 - MeroNoir | HamleticTortoiseI am conflicted about this one. On one side, Raider BatSol is a powerhouse, Ghost is a great map both for regular and objective waves, and ammo boxes are generous. On the other side, the map's size plays against the Raider, turrets are an enormous pain if you don't spot them (and seem not to suffer from long-range loss of accuracy either!), and phantoms put their cursed power-shield up everytime you begin a throwing motion in their general direction. Plus, another time wave 10 devices!  We had to stop one challenge short of completing the series... and it's time to consider what set of challenges to take on next!  |

This is also a bit of unfinished business, as MeroNoir helped me test the series, but we never managed to post proper submissions here. I quite like this challenge, the requirements demand a little bit of adjustment in playstyle, yet I feel the match is easier than it seems on paper.

In my opinion those challenges are not silly,no,they were and they are still the best part of the game for me.Themed challenge thread is the best thread on BSN.If weren't for them i would be a scrub,but most important thing is that i had so much fun.The terror was born during that crazy grind. Yep, I just couldn´t stay alive required 5 waves. Tried it at least 7-8 times. I really like the kit though. Challenges are mainly great but I find x-xx amount of waves survived requirements useless. And to clarify it´s just my opinion and there is nothing against those people who have put lots of effort for making these challenges. Play it on plat,so you will need only mission successful. I know how you feel.Goddes is a very unfriendly place and for kit like Drell dept could be a nightmare.His speed on maps like goddes or glacier is almost useless,so you need a little luck.Keep trying,you can do it. |

Weekly themed solos 1 Week 13: Retake omega chronickes, part 1 - I m omego (3 gold medals, 5 grabs, 25 melee kills aka aria flare, AJA aka aria, eviscerator, BPP, ghost cerb) 46:33 - Alfonsedode (266342 pts)the melee kills came in almost too fast and i enjoyed it, so i kept going. Not far from 40 i wld guess. did it on the first serious try, but had to hide a lot in the end with no gels  Fun one ! |

Primes also decided to flank the all run, that s a first. Week 16: Gozu District (Batsen with harpoon gun ! vs ghost collector, 4 gold medals) 41:02 - Alfonsedode (216310 pts)The other one was really cool, i love the kishock rythm, might redo it for more aggressiveness and control. What wld be your build muahmuah with it ? I went inci rounds and 46664 for some FE and maxxed TB +, but not sure it was really meaningfull |

That's my build for gold.On plat i use AC and CM instead PM and GS. That s wha i did too, except my scrubby ass needed cyclonic more than few 100 more damge with the net. And reach5b on SW, as i soloed. Except if the bonus is also for TB ? ANy idea if the electric field of the net primes collateral units for TB ? |

This challenge reinforces just how OP the Harrier TGI is. On gold, not even the double scions/double pretorians serving of wave 8 can dislodge one from a good position with an ammo box - like, say, the LZ on Giant.
We both went down a ton in the early waves, getting used to the Venom again, but luckily we regrouped and finished strong. Dragoons will never not be annoying, but phantoms are a joke with this setup, even on-host.

In my opinion those challenges are not silly,no,they were and they are still the best part of the game for me.Themed challenge thread is the best thread on BSN.If weren't for them i would be a scrub,but most important thing is that i had so much fun.The terror was born during that crazy grind. 
Let me put my scrub jacket on so I can try it first in bronze.
