Hell Coras attractive. Only two of the tempest crew not that attractive to me are Lexi and Suvi.

Traditionally attractive is also subjective. For example since you mentioned breasts, many people like women with big breasts and many people like women with smaller breasts. Likewise there are many who like muscular men but many others like not as muscular men. All are attractive to lots of people. Honestly, it probably boils down to attractive faces. Something every single female model in Andromeda lacks. Animations aside, I thought PeeBee, Kora, and Suvi were relatively attractive. I also didn't have a problem with Sara's face when it wasn't being ruined by weird, janky facial expressions. To the extent that there was an "attractiveness issue" in the game (and I don't think there is a serious one), I think it had less to do with an intentional decision on BW's part and more to do with the overall set of development problems that plagued much of the game.

The Universal Beauty Standards topic was already hashed over.
VERY sensitive issue. Very triggering for some people.
Remember this quote from a judge: "I can't define pornography, but I know it when I see it."
We could apply this, generally, to beauty as well.
Who could, in all honesty, disagree that Yennefer is beautiful?

That's because you had to create an appearance for her that is more attractive than the stock Sara Ryder. That's actually kind of sad that you are better at this than bioware. But that's also why I see people use the template you used for her face over and over again. Because it's one of the only attractive options. But you said: Honestly, it probably boils down to attractive faces. Something every single female model in Andromeda lacks. So you have to include that as being unattractive. Yes, if you dig around in CC, there's that model, and one Asian model, and everyone uses those two models because the rest come straight from Walmart.

Regarding the example of Yennefer... you know she's wearing a glamour right?
She used to be a hunchback before she became a sorceress. Not sure if the games ever mention this detail, but it is canon in the books.

I agree with that, as long as males and female avatars are both presented in the same style outfits to present them as sexy. If females show skin, so should men, instead of females all being mages in stockings and babydolls, and males all mighty hulks in cool looking armors and capes. It is this dissonance in assuming how a player sees a sexy man or a sexy woman that I do notice, as well as very limited and repetitive selection where the ethnicity of the sexualized characters is concerned per gender.
For example, in a game I quote fairly often, the Blade and Soul, despite an incredible intricacy and creative look of the outfits, literally all female version of the outfits turned pants and boots/sandals into stockings and high heels. There was only one or two outfits that bared men's chests, usually just showing off arms, while exaggerating the size and bounce of female breasts' to the point the game was nicknamed Boobs and Soul. W3 corrects for EE style of wet dreams, but skews the objectification the same way, as there is no shortage of screenshots of heavily made-up, spill-over cleavage females with flowing manes, while literally every picture of a male character from the Polish Drool Factory is some old ugly dude in a fairly realistic costume.
The mix of exceptional and commonplace, of dressed to impress with richness and originality of the costume, imposing armor, and, when character appropriate, the sleaze for both genders is what would appeal more to me. A powerful woman should wear a power outfit, not show up in something designed for a local bordello.
And, most certainly, I want a variety of outfits available to the PCs, b/c it equally frustrates me when my mage is dressed for hours in a grey robe covering her from chin to toe next to Isabela, and when my tank uses her shield in an eclectic ensemble with lacy panties, five inch heels and a metalwork bra.
Agree on most, but I would argue that men are seen as sexy in a different way from women. I would argue that there are multiple creative ways to present men and women in appropriate situation to create titillation in different styles, from parkour to power outfit to boudoir. The same goes in respect to "universal" attractiveness. The idea is that they do not have to go with just one or another, but create a mix & give PC options for appearances and outfits as well, as for the Love Interests like in SWTOR.

I actually find the females on the screenshots from W3 scary looking because of how drawn/predatory and heavily made-up their faces are, particularly around their eyes. They are just too harsh looking for me to call beautiful.

I really hate that crap - it's the reason I've never bought Blade & Soul (and quite a few other games). People like to say "sex sells", and I'm sure that's true up to a point - but blatant sexualization of characters also turns off some potential customers.

So I have a question: Who would determine what is "attractive enough"? After all everyone has different things they are attracted to, many of those in conflict with others. I've always thought the free market was supposed to sort that out. The wide variety of media available, along with mods for games, really ought to help make sure there is something for everyone.

I considered myself on a tour of the wet dreams for the story-line there. Overall, Blade and Soul's artwork is actually head and shoulders above most games, because it has artistic identity and unity until you introduce silly "everything goes" add-ons like bathing suits and stuff. Most non-commercial costuming and costuming for males is jaw-dropping. It has the amount of detail and sort of like Asian Rococo. I've actually quite enjoyed the look of the game, and played only males. Personally, I prefer BnS art style to that of W3 & if they balanced out outfits for males and females, I'd call it less parochial than W3, because they do sex-up PC males unlike the W series that does not, and BnS has attractive males in every role, villains, allies, and holding a position of authority.
