Hello (sorry if it's the wrong section, i m new here). something strange happened in one match in ME3 multi, i post it because i don't know if it is a glitch/bug, or a cheat from someone else, there's what happened: i was in a gold match (with my palladin N7, i was using reegar carbine as shotgun and an M55 argus assaut rifle), the map was the one with an snow storm, but, few strange things: -a lot of ennemies, even more than in platinium level, there where so much ennemies that most of the time i had to use my shield and melee instead of my weapons or powers because we where surrounded, it was like an black-friday rush when there's a special promo XD -ennemies had the firepower of platinium level ennemies -ennemies where very vulnerable, even more than in bronze mode, at a point that with only 3 shot from my argus level 1 i killed some phantom/ghost (i don't know how is it named in eng/us version of the game --> i m from france) and it was the same for everyone, so, the kill count and the score where very high for everyone in the match -i had twice the ammount of spare ammunition i was supposed to have (so, instead of having like 160 spare for argus and 100 spare for reegar, i had something like more than 250 for each) -there where all factions ennemies, exactly like in platinium mod -in every whave there was an special objective (wich is strange, because, even in platinium, it's one objective for 3 standard waves) -the ammount of EXP earned and credits erned was gigantic ( 350 000 credits, while golden is supposed to provide something like 80 000) so, there's mi question: do you think it's a simple big, heavy glitch, or is it a cheat from someone else? if it's a cheat ---> do i risk something? --> because i ve played in this match (i quit the saloon right after) --> does it account as accetary/complice/accomplice? i tried to take some screenshot of the results by pushing F12 and "impécran syst" but i don't know if it worked. (i don't know if origin provide screenshot option like steam does) You played a modded game.You can mod mass effect 3 mp with mod maker.It's not some sort of bug.Don't worry,you don't risk anything.

You played a modded game.You can mod mass effect 3 mp with mod maker.It's not some sort of bug.Don't worry,you don't risk anything. okay, thanks, i wasn't aware of that fact. i though it wasn't possible to apply modification to the multiplayer without making cheat or modifications to the servers themselves.

No, it was the other way around. It looked like there was no wall, but he couldn't move past certain lines. All square blocks where he would be blocked a moment, then trying other directions which let him through or block him at random. It was literally an invisible moving maze. We both blamed it on my troll host Wow I've never hear or seen that one before that's...interesting. Answering only a year late.. but yes, we've run into these invisible movement blocking walls that N7Mith described, on PS3. Other games on same host, different map were totally fine. And indeed, they happened on Giant, I've had them on both the long ramps once, once on the right-hand side long ramp (if seen fron LZ), and in that same game also in some parts of the lower back end area where the ramps start. It was like running into an invisible wall.. then trying to walk/run along it to find a way through. This mostly seemed to happen when moving up the ramp, not downwards. Sometimes just had to go through the 2nd floor areas on either end, as couldn't use the ramps at all. That made running away from the tall shrieky lady quite exciting...

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, as this is more of a HELP ME post rather than me listing a bug. The game started crashing after "Checking downloadable content" message pops up - a short freeze, and then your usual "Mass Effect 3 stopped working" Windows message. I know there is a workaround with going offline and then starting the game from Win32 folder, but please let me know if there is a better solution. Also I would be really happy if someone here could explain why this is happening. AFAIK, quite a few people on my FL have been having the same issue. ...and one of them, Di-Crash, even got screwed up by mighty Origin itself, as now it won't connect to his FL and chat at all. Which means being unable to join others' games, invite or be invited, etc. What a steaming piece of sh... er, fine code.

Usually it's what causes crash after checking DLC, try uninstalling Retaliation and see if the game loads. If it does than that is most likely your problem, the game will also crash when you try to join a match too as it also checks for DLC there. Thanks a lot for your help! By far, I have tried everything except installing a clean copy of Windows, and - as expected, nothing worked. However, I found out that when you launch the game, press that "any key", then wait for the game to connect to EA Servers - and right after that start clicking on that Multiplayer tab as if your life depended on it, sometimes it will let you in. The timing seems to be crucial though, as sometimes it works and sometimes doesn't. Joining a match, however, hasn't been a problem so far - and I really hope it'll remain that way.

The other day we were in the middle of a Wave 3 "activate four gizmos" mission, and after the first two, the marker for the third one just never appeared, and instead, when we'd killed all the enemies, the screen displayed "Mission Failed!" followed immediately by "Wave 4." Then a two-minute countdown appeared, with nothing in particular happening once it got to zero.

I can confirm two other bugs:
- Geth Bomber: if you kill the Geth Bomber when he is dropping or has dropped all this bombs, they will not inflict any damage after exploding. This is actually a good bug! As far as I know it doesn't affect other type of "grenades", such as the ones shot by Scions.
- The Reegar Carbine + Flamer movement speed glitch: this particular exploit can be done by simply holding the fire button while with the Reegar Carbine Shotgun and then pressing the Flamer button. Then instead of getting reduced movement speed while channeling Flamer, the character will instead get increased movement speed, moving faster than normal.
- Scorpion complaints: sometimes allies will emit voice lines when the projectiles from the Scorpion Heavy Pistol explodes near them, as if they were being damaged.

Well, that is if we are to accept our ammo effect application space magicky logic altgother... It is my favorite Heavy Pistol, regardless. Super fun to use due its vast utility. Damn. I never thought about that. You can only prime one target at time (even if it splashes when used as a "proximity bomb").

Something I didn't know, BatGuard with Batarian Gauntlet reduces heavy melee damage? Or is there something I'm missing? Only melee maxed out and no gear With Berserker Package With Juggernaut Shield And with Batarian Gauntlet Am I missing something with the way Batarian Gauntlet works, or is this a known thing?

I'm on ps3, played me3 since 6 months, and for some reason
the medigel capacity dont change when i get those gold card increasing medigel capacity (sry bad eng)
so i still can bring only 2 when the last gold card told me i can now bring 5, but when i look at equipments there is still only 2, cobra 4, thermal 4, survival kit 5, but 2 medigel.
At first i thought i was unlucky, and then i got one of those gold cards and remembered i already got one of these in my first or almost pack, but as a noob it didn't appear important since i was looking for weapons and characters, at this moment it should let me get 4, i started to get sure yesterday that it is a bug when i got this gold card telling me i can now bring 5 with me, wich i can't. so here's all i can tell.

it's been bugging me for a while. buuut as it turns out i'm too fucking lazy to do the testing proper. so i'll put this forward as unverified at this stage and see if anyone else quips in. i think onhost phantoms lose their dr while climbing the stairs. observed it on FB White a few times
