Best Looking games of the 16bit era? (or games inspired by it), also best soundtracks?

Specifically looking at sprite and tileset designs from games that came from the 16bit era or games designed to imitate this sort of style. Mostly looking at top down RPGs like Secret of Mana or Chrono Trigger.
Seiken Densetsu 3 (the sequel to Secret of Mana) is a good example
